I feel the negotiation team does a wonderful job. However, I don’t feel that the money I pay in and the amount that you the creditors are enough. I think you should pay them more so it doesn’t take us years to pay them off especially if we have money built up in our account.

The service seemed great at the onset. They settled 2 accounts in the first few months, but after that, it kinda went off the rails in my opinion. Someone there decided it would be a good idea to put 90% of my monthly payment toward a single account. Sounds good, but that means that no other accounts can be negotiated or settled until that account is paid off, because there’s not enough money left each month for another payment. Also, it means that I’m still receiving collections calls - after 18+ months in the program. That’s ridiculous. I just wish that I could tell off whoever negotiated that one account with the enormous payment. UPDATE: FDR responded to my review, telling me that they’d be happy to discuss the issue with me. Great. Only problem is that I have called them 3 times to discuss it, and gotten nowhere. It would be nice if they would take it upon themselves to re-negotiate the problem settlement, in order to get more creditors paid a little right now, and get them off my back. Then, once another account is paid off, take that amount of money and put it toward the big account for the remainder of the term. Every time a “smaller” account gets paid off, the payment to the big account gets bigger. Seems fairly simple to me.

I feel like i wasn’t given the truth about how freedom gets paid. I was told it was based on how much we saved. I just accepted a settlement that was 75% of the balance., saving $700 (most of that 700 was fees assesed during the chargeoff process) freedoms fee was over $400. That seems wrong to me. We literally saved nothing... please call me to explain your fees in detail again.

They are getting us out from under our credit cards. By taking over the negoteations with our creditors, they lowered our monthly payments and will have us out of debt to these cards in 4 years! They are also saving us thousands of dollars in interest! They do all the talking and are great with ANY questions you may have.

My experience so far has been very good not excellent. I don’ Thank that all my credit accounts have been notified about your service. I keep getting calls and certified letters. I don’t want any legal problems. My Discover sent me a email stating my minimum payment is almost $1100.00
