It is unbelievable the lack of respect I received from Nick L, by ignoring all my emails and calls, even though I qualify for the program. This is lack of professional standards for the customer, and a Army Veteran being ignored is terrible I sacrificed my happiness for the freedom of people such as Nick to treat me like this. It's sad really but not surprising because that's how a lot of us get treated. I can't thank you or say anything positive and I'm sorry.
