The Good

  • 15,000 stores with deals
  • Unique brands/ retailers
  • Email alerts offers a lot for its users. Three main points of quality make finding great deals with them a valuable experience. offers a large selection of stores to find deals through them. Their website states they currently offer deals for over 15,000 stores. Having this large selection gives potential customers the confidence they will be able to find the right deals for their shopping needs. The more deals to choose from, the better chance users have of finding the best savings out there. Not only do they offer deals from a large amount of stores, they also offer deals from stores that are unique/ less popular. This can provide users with excellent value, since many of these types of stores are able to discount their products far more than larger big-name brands. This also is beneficial if one of these unique brands is a favorite store of yours, where perhaps other deal sites neglect to offer deals for their products. Another great feature to consider are their email promotions. The process for setting up the alerts is fast and hassle-free. All that is needed is your email address. Once you have given them your email address (there is a small info box where you can put this information on their home page) you will automatically be able to receive alerts and notifications for deals. This is also a helpful tool since it allows you to remove paper coupons from your wallet or purse. While this isn't a factor unique to, it does provide significant extra value to deal-seeking shoppers.

The Bad

  • Lack of transparency
Before using the deal finding services of, consider these two negative factors:
  • Lack of transparency
Since is not selling the products themselves. If this were to be the case with any deal site, it would be difficult to use their site consistently with confidence. Unfortunately, since this company does not have a rating we are left to guess how their deal-hunting experience will be. This lack of transparency concerning how they handle customer complaints is not positive. Deal sites that are transparent about their good and bad offer their users with a safe and confident experience.

The Bottom Line offers a great deal to shoppers in search of a great deal. They offer promotions from both large and small brands, totaling roughly 15,000 stores to find savings with. The email alerts are valuable to capitalizing on time sensitive deals as well as keeping things paperless. Their lack of transparency is unfortunate and doesn't help potential users see what their experience might be like when using their site. Because of the quality positive aspects, we do recommend at this time.

All the codes that I found were personalized codes that weren't valid for general users. The user interface was easy to use, but I'd keep using RetailMeNot
