Royal Caribbean International

RC has great cruises. We were spoiled for a week in the Caribbean. Hardly had to worry about a thing, and the servers were nothing but wonderful. They make you feel special, no matter who you are. Placing origami towels on the bed, doing special favors for fun. It was great. Oh--and the food was fantastic. It took months to lose what we gained. Maybe pace ourselves better next time. But we loved it!!!

Harmony of the Seas was an perfect vacation for our family of 6. The customer service was above and beyond. Will definitely be sailing with them again.

We have been on 3 cruises with Royal Caribbean and we love it! There is so much to do and the food is excellent! The service is outstanding and crew members go out of their way to help.

I would go on a cruise every single year if I could and it would be Royal Caribbean every single time! We have cruised with them three times now and it's been an incredible experience every single time. We took our kids with us on our last cruise and it was a trip that every one of us will remember. The ships are spacious and full of fun activities and the ports of call are well chosen and beautiful. Seamless and relaxing!

Good food, clean ship, and good entertainment. Older crowd (30’s up)so if you want a party ship, I would look more at Carnival.

Our first cruise was aboard a Royal Caribbean International ship, the Freedom of the Seas. We have since traveled aboard that ship again and neither the cruise line or the ship has disappointed us.

The boat was beautiful and the service was actually amazing I have no complaints!

I have been on 2 cruise, Panama canal was the best so many memories made on that cruise, so many things to see, would do if we could, next one Alaska.

well, it's been 23 years since our first cruise and they are who we used. I was in awe the entire time. I loved that you could sit on deck and get free coffee.. I would sit up there and drink and read. But thankfully there were alot of things to do for someone who DOESN'T like the water! haha.. loved tea time. new experience.

Their cruise ships are luxurious and huge! Definitely worth your money and worthwhile. They have so many things to do on the cruise, I went on Symphony of the Seas, Royal Caribbean's largest ship and it was breathtaking. There were waterslides, rock climbing, casinos, huge theaters, etc. I couldn't have asked for a better cruise line for vacation.

Cruised the Oasis of the Seas!! The ship is amazing and so big you don’t even feel like you are on a ship. Only minor issues to me seemed to be having to work to find things to do around the ship. Overall I still highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic time on our Royal Caribbean cruise. There was plenty to do for all of us, from our 70+ year old moms down to our teenaged children.

I used Royal Carribean for my first cruise. The trip was fun, the ship was very nice and clean, and the staff was very nice. The ship is aimed more towards older individuals but the food was good and I enjoyed my time.

I took a trip to Labdee, Haiti in December 2018. One of the best trip I took out of the country. Royal Caribbean international cruise line was so fun! Not only did I have a great experience on the island itself but some of the activities in the cruise was fun as well. We had fun ice skating, the game room, and some of the performances they had. Not to mention the food!! Highly recommend.

Royal Caribbean is a wonderful cruise line. With top notch facilities and great partnerships, you are bound to have a great experience. The customer service is amazing as well. You truly get to relax.

I love ice cream! And apparently Royal Caribbean does too because they let me eat it whenever I wanted for my 5 night Western Caribbean cruise! :P I went on this cruise with my wife and the room was perfect. We loved the options of pools and food and especially liked the dinner experience with people we didn't know. We're looking at taking our kids with us on our next cruise, but this is definitely a good choice if you have kids.

I have loved cruising and where else can you see an ice skating performance in the middle of the ocean. Royal has so much to do on their ships it is non stop fun every time we go.

We have been On several RC cruises and have loved staying in the family suites. The food is good and the service excellent.

Took the family on a cruise with Royal Caribbean I have three kids two of which are teenagers we rented a family room suite it worked great the fold out couch provided enough room and the bunkbeds were a hit with my kids, for a cruise line where rooms are usually very cramped the family room was a great option and we enjoyed the cruise. The downfall of most of these cruises is they over book the shore excursions and cram as many passengers as possible into these excursions, plus they charge more money through the cruise line it’s always best to book direct with the shore excursion company.

My dad took me and my family on a Royal cruise like 2 years ago and it was awesome the food was good and the staff was awesome

I like the ship and activities so it made the cruise pretty fun. I wish you had more classes and fun activities like cooking, photos and other activities. It was a little pricier that made it hard but we had a great time.

The only cruise I've been on is through Royal Caribbean. We had a great time! The food was delicious and the staff was so friendly! The one thing I didn't like was that the entertainment was catered around older people.

Experienced a wonderful relaxing cruise. The staff was always helpful. The food was everywhere-there was something for everyone's tastes. They were easy to work with to find some great excursions. Some places seemed packed while others were less busy. We learned to avoid the more populated areas, there were so many places to go it wasn't too hard.

I went on a Royal Carribean cruise my senior year of high school and it was my favorite vacation I've ever taken. It was my first cruise, and I absolutely loved all of the amenities and fun things you could do on the ship during sailing days. My family was with me and we all won a raffle to get massages. We also were able to go rock climbing, use the gym, and had so much amazing food! The pools and concerts on board were a blast and I will definitely be using this cruise line again in my future!

Royal Carribbean is great for older guests and families that want a nice and relaxing vacation with beautiful Carribbean stops. The quality of the food and resturants on board are amazing and make the price completely worth it.

We have been on a couple of different ships in the fleet, one newer and one older. The newer ship was so much for fun with more activities, more shopping, and a much better showroom. We will continue to be cruising.

This was our 3rd cruise on Royal Caribbean. We had similar issues on our 2nd cruise in July of 2017 but thought we would give it another try. We were again disappointed. The singer/performer (her name was Sherry) made a rude remark when she could not sing 'Sometimes' by Britney Spears. I requested for this song upon her invitation for a song request. This song came out in 2009 but she claimed she was still a baby at that time! It was then almost 12 midnight and all the guests were way over 50 years old. She could have apologized for not knowing the song instead of making us feel 'old'. She could sing 'Unforgettable' by Natalie Cole, though! The Head Waiter (his name was Rushon) was pretty rude to me and my daughter who was a vegan. When my daughter requested for vegan spring rolls on the 3rd dinner, we would shocked to see that the same spring rolls were served EVERYDAY after that! When we asked, Rushon claimed that they had many vegan appetizers!! Why couldn't they serve those?? My poor daughter also had to eat the same dark chocolates for dessert for 5 consecutive days! My daughter had requested few times for Falafels but Rushon always declined saying they were unable to make them. We tried asking another Head Waiter (his name was Ricky C) for Falafels and guess what? Ricky brought the Chef to our table and my daughter showed him a picture of the Falafels and the ingredients/recipe. My daughter was so happy when she was served the appetizing Falafels the next day! I had requested for Stir Fried Vermicelli a couple of times but Rushon always provided the same answer, 'have to ask the chef, cannot promise, cannot make for only 4 people'. Rushon had a very bad attitude and very assertive, he was unwilling to accommodate to the guests' requests, unlike Ricky C, who went all out to make the guests happy.

My husband and I went on our honeymoon on this cruise and it was amazing! I highly recommend. It was a lot of fun.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with . Over priced and will nickel and dime you. Instead of making something better, they (including a supervisor) will not help and make NO effort to be accommodating. I will tell you to save your money, go on Norwegian. Amazing food, service and drink package is FREE! They have new ships that will rival RC too.

I have been on Royal several times. I have been with my just myself and my wife as well as with my family of 5 children. overall, I thought the ship was decent but the activities are lacking. not much to do on board. I wish they would put more effort into on board entertainment and activities.

My experience with Royal Caribbean International was a great one. The trip for my wife and I was very affordable and it was better than expected. The food was outstanding and I had 2-3 entrees every evening.

I've been on several cruises with Royal. They have a clean ship with great food. The kid activities are the best compared to other cruise lines. My kids had the best time. They took them on treasure hunts around the boat, took them swimming, played all kinds of games with them, got them ice cream, and had all kinds of fun activities planned.

The best cruise line I’ve been on! So many amenities there was never a moment we could say we were bored. Ice skating, rock climbing, wake boarding just to name a few.
