The Good

  • Live Demo
  • Transparent Plan and Pricing Information
  • Cancel Anytime
  • Referral Program

Live Demo

Those interested in RecruitBPM's CRM software should take advantage of the company's live demo. The live demo is a great way to check out the software and all its features and get an idea if it'd work for your business.

Signing up for a demo includes access to a fully-functional RecruitBPM portal, a one-on-one demo with a member of the RecruitBPM client team and access to support throughout the entire duration of your trial.

Transparent Plan and Pricing Information

When it comes to the plans and pricing information, RecruitBPM is fairly transparent. The company only has two CRM plans: Essential and Premium.

The Essential is RecruitBPM's most basic plan. It costs $19 per user per month (if you are billed annually). If you choose to be billed monthly, the cost goes up to $24 per user per month.

The Premium plan includes all the standard features plus more. It costs $39 per user per month (again, if billed annually). The monthly billing option raises the price to $49 per user per month.

If you're interested in seeing everything both plans have to offer, we recommend checking out RecruitBPM's Feature by Feature comparison. This will give you a good idea of what to expect with each plan. From there, you can determine which is a better fit for your company.

Cancel Anytime

RecruitBPM does not require customers to sign a long-term contract. In fact, you can cancel or change your plan at any time. Additionally, there is no penalty for canceling early.

Referral Program

RecruitBPM has a referral program that benefits both the referrer and referee.

If you refer your friends and peers to try out RecruitBPM, you get a free recruiter for two months. However, you're not the only one who benefits from this deal. Anyone who signs up due to your referral will get RecruitBPM's Premium Plan free for two months.

The Bad

  • No Partial or Prorated Refunds
  • Knowledge Base

No Partial or Prorated Refunds

Even though you can cancel your Essential or Premium plan at any time, you can't expect to get your money back. RecruitBPM makes it clear that the company does not offer any refunds or partial credits for those who choose to cancel early. This applies to both Monthly and Yearly plan clients.

Once an account is canceled, RecruitBPM reserves the right to delete any associated data at any time. This means you are responsible for saving any of your content before then.

Knowledge Base

RecruitBPM's Knowledge Base doesn't feel as extensive and thorough as we would have hoped. The online resource does provide some helpful information on RecruitBPM's Applicant Tracking System, Social Recruiting, Career Portal, Reports/Dashboards, etc., but we feel that it could be more comprehensive.

The Bottom Line

As far as hiring software solutions go, RecruitBPM is an excellent option. The cloud-based recruiting solution is incredibly affordable and comes with several valuable features and integrations that are continuously improving.

Additionally, the software was designed to handle businesses of all sizes, so whether you have a small startup or a large enterprise, it should be able to handle all your hiring needs.

We would like to see the company add more detailed information (perhaps step-by-step guides) in the Knowledge Base. Currently, it feels a bit underwhelming and only provides general information about the features.
