I work in software development. We use Microsoft Dynamics CRM at work. It's a little pricey, but it has a lot of functionality. We've customized it to the gills and it still performs great. Impressive.

Amazing product. The organization and access of data is easy to navigate and use. We have been using for a few years, but we still are finding new way to be more effective with this software.
