FieldCircle is a cloud-based field service solution that makes managing your field operations simpler. The software is a one-stop-shop for all things field and business-related.
FieldCircles software includes a drag and drop calendar schedule, real-time updates, customized invoices, estimates, employee role management, product management, and more. FieldCircle's software is a valuable tool to manage and find new ways to help your sales workforce become more effective.
FieldCircle's website clearly discloses its plans and how much they cost. There are four tiers: Core, Team, Pro, and Enterprise.
The Core plan is only $10 per user per month. This is FieldCircle's most basic plan and includes the following features:
The Team plan is $15 per user per month and includes everything the Core plan has plus the following features:
The Pro plan is $19 per user per month and includes everything FieldCircle's software offers. It includes everything the Team plan has plus the following features:
There is a minimum of $150 per month for all plans (so the software may not be suited for really small teams or businesses).
The final plan FieldCircle offers is its Enterprise plan. This is the best solution for larger corporations, but you’ll have to contact the company directly for pricing information as it’s going to vary by company. With this plan you get custom pricing, open API’s, custom reports and integrations, plus a dedicated account manager.
Additionally, FieldCircle provides two free training sessions for new users. And FieldCircle doesn't believe in contracts, meaning you can cancel at any time without penalty. The training sessions are helpful as new clients can get one-on-one sessions and learn the ins and outs of the software. And if you decide the software isn't right for your company, you can cancel.
FieldCircle allows businesses in a variety of industries to organize and manage their employees. That said, it's ideally for companies with a lot of field employees. The FieldCircle app makes it extremely easy for managers to assign and schedule technicians, help them identify customer needs, and deliver products/services promptly.
Many CRM companies will provide a free version to entice users into becoming potential paying customers since they will be familiar with their platform and less likely to switch over to a new CRM.
FieldCircle does not offer a free version. Your only chances to get a feel of the software are watching a demo or using the free trial.
