The Credit Repair Group

I used Credit Repair Group in 2013 & honestly I paid $99 & send them copies of my credit report from all credit agencies to clean up my credit. Yes it took months to actually see results. I would call to check up on the process & yes was put on hold but the end result was a FICA score of 713 not bad coming from 526. So in closing my experience with them was not so bad at all.

This is a train wreck of a company!!!!! they guarantee a minimum 720 credit score after 90 days, It started out as you can call in at any time and check how your progress is going, to, you can only call on mondays and fridays, then it went to, we will contact you by your E-Mail! It has been 19 months.....I have handled a lot of things on my credit report my self, and still am not at a 720! Like isiah, I have called several times just to have them wag the dog! Keep you on hold, transfer you 5-6 times, then right back where you started from, this is a fraudulent company full of liars and cheat's, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IT WILL SCREW YOU OVER BIG TIME!!!!

I used this company two years ago. ITs nothing to write home about. Such a useless company and waste of resource, my time and money. They change numbers frequently and Re-brand themselves with different marketing strategies every year. Credibility is ZERO!. They never follow up on anything. You have to call to check up and they seem to provide you with the same old stories. They have flooded my phone with their new re-branding campaign and so many phone calls and messages. THIS IS RIP OFF IN THE HIGHEST ORDER. A PERFECT SCAM IN DISGUISE. Avoid this company please.

Huge scam. I was calling another toll free number on day and accidently called them. I hung up right after telling them I had the wrong number. They now call 5-10 times PER WEEK and leave messages on my cell phone. I have called 5 times to remove my number. Their reps hang up on you. I am about to go CRAZY!

The credit repair group is a scam. They took my money. Less than a month later I called to get a refund because the process was too long and they gave me the run around leaving me on hold for several minutes. Please be careful when signing up with ppl to fix your credit..

I gave CRG monies for all 3 credit reports and I don't have a good phone number to check on progress made its been 8 months and I haven't heard any thing from them.

This company is a scam. Do not use this company what so ever they will just take your money and not perform a thing that they promise to do.
