Couples Discount

Honestly, this company response to your email really quick is the reason why I Gave them 1 star instead of saying 0 star. Highly Not recommend pay up all your money upfront singup up for 6 months but instead sign up for 1 month at a time until they remove a inquiry then pay for a month once at a time until they did their job. The fact that every single hard inquiry that I report to pay POLICE got removed not because Credit People helped me remove it. I have to take matters into my own hands. They can't even rmeove a late fee from American Express Credit Card under $40 and it still stays on my credit report! Such a simple task that a credit report company is able to do. The only be with it or the double I giving them is that they removed the Credit Card that Chase pulled me twice that I think I'm the one who removed by visiting Chase bank servral time complaining and Chase bank did write a letter to Experian but I will have this credit to Credit People just for the heck of it. Still, payment 6 months few just for many Credit People removing 1 hard inquiry from Chase bank? Not worth it at all. Rule of thumb. Never give or deposit all your money intiothey finish 1 job first. Lesson learn.

I was trying to repair my credit and I decided to give them a try. They were pretty quick to call me and give me the details of the process. I was given all the chargers and told how things would as far as repairing my credit went. There were no surprised in the process, I everything was discussed ahead of time and things were done accordingly. Within 3 or 4 months of me signing up with them, everything was taken care of in terms charges and old accounts that were just lingering in there. In fact, they stopped charging us after that since everything had been taken care of. They just said, you know, that if we ever need them again we should check back. We wanted to do something with our house, so we needed to improve our credit before doing that. All I had to do is get my reports to them and they took care of everything in a few months. They did an incredible job raising our credit score. They were always available and got back to us as soon as they could. They were very prompt in responding. I really like it, though the prices have gone up since we used it. At that time it was $20 cheaper and we just did my husband's credit score since they didn't really offer a deal to do both of our scores. Right now my son in law is doing it too and it has been rather expensive for him. I've actually been helping him pay for it and it's not going as quick for him as it did for us. I am a skeptic by nature, but this is a diligent credit repair company. My credit was in the mid 500's and in about 2.5 years, it has raised it to the mid 700's. In all honesty, I would attribute half of that rise in score to the Credit People and the other half to my own efforts. If you do both in tandem, use their service while also responsibly addressing everything under your own control, you will see an exponential rise in your credit score. A sidenote: their customer service is always very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.

Talk about a mess! My son and I have the same first and last name but our middle names are different. I started receiving all these calls from collection agencies. I told them they had the wrong Miguel. They said ok, hung up and I thought that was the end of it. Then one day, I looked at my credit report and saw all of these negative accounts on my credit reports! I called them back like hey! You have the wrong Miguel. I'm Miguel J. My son is Miguel A. I told them I could provide proof that I'm not the right Miguel. One of their collections representatives made a comment like how do I know you're not they only Miguel. I offered to send in my birth certificate and my son's birth certificate to prove it. She gave me a fax number to send in proof. About three months go by and I didn't hear anything from them. I called the collection agency again and the number was disconnected! About 7 months later, I get more calls from another collection agency. I go through everything telling them that I'm Miguel J. and that they have the wrong Miguel. They asked that I send in proof. Again, I hear nothing from them. I check my credit report and each account is now being reported about 3-4 times! My score dropped more and more. I was trying to refinance my house but I couldn't. My niece told me she was working with The Credit People and to give them a call. I offered to send in my birth certificate too just to prove that I wasn't the only Miguel. They told me everything would be ok. They've cleared about 6 of the collections accounts off my reports and I'm almost done now. These people are saints!

In college, I received a bunch of credit card offers. As a broke college student, I thought it would be great to sign up for a few. I got approved for the American Express Platinum Card. I had no idea that it was a charge card meaning I had to pay the balance in full and I also didn't realize it had an annual fee of over $500! Of course, I couldn't pay it so they shut the card off and sent it to collections. I thought that meant I got away with it. As a finance major, my professor told us that certain higher level positions would also require that we maintain a certain credit score and that bad credit could be the reason why we were denied for certain positions. When I went home, I saw letters from the collection agencies that the cards. I called them and set up payment arrangements. Once I paid the balances in full, my credit score dropped! I then learned that just because you pay off the balance doesn't mean the bad credit goes away and that I should have negotiated a pay-for-delete. I didn't know that. I called the collection agency and they said there's nothing they could do. They only had to report to the credit bureaus that I paid the balance. I searched online to see what else I could do about bad credit and saw several links for credit repair. I tried one company but it seemed like they were just taking my money. They had poor customer service and it would take days to hear back from them. I looked up their competitors and saw The Credit People had a higher rating so I called them. I called them a few times just to make sure they would answer. They were very responsive so I took the leap to sign up with them. They have been very nice and prompt. I love that I can log in to see what they're working on and they're always there if I have any questions.

I was discharged last year. Came back home and my wife decided she wanted to have a family. We applied for a loan and they told me that I had a Chase and AMEX account in collections. I've never even banked with them before. Come to find out, one of her family member's used my information while I was deployed. I called the collection agencies to explain it and told them I'd send in all my military information so they could see that I wasn't the one who opened the accounts. After six months, nothing. The collections were still on my credit and they just kept giving me the runaround. Well, we found out that my wife was pregnant and we really wanted to leave. One of my officers told me to look into credit repair. I searched on the internet and found a few companies. I ended up going with The Credit People because they didn't cost as much as the others and they have a guarantee. Well, already, the Chase account has been removed from my credit report and now we're just waiting on the AMEX to come off. I'm glad I decided to do something about it. I lost my home back when the market crashed. I spent a lot of money on credit cards and made some bad choices but it was either that or be homeless. I got a better job and started paying down all my debt. In 2020, they said that interest rates were low and it was a good time to buy a house so I decided to give a shot. They pulled my credit and saw all the stuff on there from 2008 and 2009. I thought all of that stuff should have been gone but it wasn't. There was even some stuff on there that I didn't do. I tried one credit repair company but they wanted $1,300 upfront and that was too much for me. Kept searching and found The Credit People. They were very nice and actually listened to an old man hahah I signed up with them and haven't been happier.

I have used The Credit People twice, once from 2015 to 2016 and again from 2018-2019. Both times they were very helpful and effective. My credit has been completely cleaned up, and scores are good to very good. I was able to get approval for my first AMEX card ever. Yes it takes some time for it to work, for me it was a 14-month process in the more recent run. Many times the credit bureaus would mail credit reports that did not remove the negative marks, and this would happen from month to month it seemed, and when finally one of the reporting agencies cleared a mark, we still had to work on the othe 2 agencies, and so forth. Also one of the credit card companies I had 2 cards with, would mail me letters each month asking me to specify which account that I was disputing, over and over again, and no matter how many times I uploaded the docs to The Credit People, that didn't seem to change. However, over the 14 months, all deragotory marks have been removed from all 3 credit reports. So I would say that it takes a bit of patience. Overall I am very pleased with the results, and it's not as expensive as some of the other providers. highly recommended!

From day one Credit People were awesome. I was very pleased on the way they explained everything. Customer service was always very nice. If I emailed them they always responded promptly. They always kept me informed of what they were going to do and what they did. Never kept me in the dark. Keep in mind its your credit . So you have to do your part . As long as you do your part on your end, they take care of the rest. Very easy. I was very pleased with what they did with my credit. I couldn't get anything due to how bad my credit was and now I have credit cards. I've been approved for loans . It feels great that I was able to start over and rebuild my credit. The Credit People helped me do that.

My experience was excellent from the start. I received my welcome call within 24 hours. The entire process was explained in detail and everything went just as explained. After less than 4 months my scores increased by 75 points. I was finally able to buy a new car and rent the apartment I wanted. When I called to put my account on hold due to accomplishing my immediate needs, I'd just been charged my next monthly fee. They refunded that fee even though I didn't even ask for it. I will definitely use the Credit People again when I'm ready to buy a home and get the best interest rate possible.

GREAT SERVICE! I tried credit repair before with another company and it did not go well. I have now used the credit people and they have been outstanding. The service takes the same time as any other service I would think but I always was kept informed and they were really helpful. I started with a lot of bad credit from a divorce (I pretty much let everything go) and they get things back on track. I have started rebuilding my credit now and this was a huge part (my credit) that I was not wanting to deal with. It was really easy and Im telling you to give them a try if you need help with your credit.

I actually had a somewhat lack luster initial experience, but they really impressed me with their response. I was with them for six months and things went good for the first 3 months, but the second three months came and went with hardly any results. I cancelled the service and was not happy. I received a follow up email and they asked about my experience, I told them I was not happy, and about my service. They asked if someone could call me and discuss it, and within 24hrs someone (Anne?) called me. I explained what happened to her and she apologized and wanted to make sure I received what I paid for. She arranged for 3 months of free service with no payment or obligations after. They just wanted to make sure I received the results that I felt lacked over the last three months of my service. I didn't ask them to do this, I didn't ask for a call, they just cared about my experience (very cool). Top-notch gesture by them, and I just wanted to share this!

Great experience and they did a GREAT job fixing my credit! My score is up 93 points and they were very helpful along the way. I knew that this was going to take time because my friend was with them before. If you're expecting to have perfect credit in a day it ain't happening. They explained that. This process takes some time, they told me to hold tight for a couple of months and see where we're at then. I did and it was steady progress. Im just passing this on because I should have just done this a while ago but didn't really want to deal with it. My friend and I both have had a very good experience. thanks.
