How it Works

National Credit Consultants believes it necessary to get to the root of the problem and fix it permanently. They use a multi-stage process to get the job done.

Step #1: Free Credit Consultation

During the free credit repair consultation, it will be determined what your individual credit needs are while reviewing your credit report. You will be assigned a well-matched credit consultant, and this same consultant will handle your case from start to finish.

Step #2: Dispute Process

The dispute process begins on all negative inaccuracies found on your credit report. This is done with all three credit bureaus. Results are completed and obtained within 30 to 40 days, and a final round of disputes will go out to follow up any negative inaccuracies still found on the report.

Step #3: Cease and Desist Collections Activity Process

Consumers have rights under the FDCPA, and using these rights, National Credit Consultants will provide legal letters to stop collection notices to your phone and mail. This step is done simultaneously with the dispute process.

Step#4: Legalized Settlement Alternatives

Collection or charge-off accounts will be settled with assistance from your credit consultant.

Step #5: Reestablishing Credit

Using affiliate financial institutions, you will have the opportunity to reestablish your credit with positive trade lines and credit accounts.

These people are extremely unprofessional. I have been working with them for 8 months now and my credit score is right back to where I started. They ignored my phone calls and messages until I embarrassed the consultant on a public forum and told him I needed his supervisor to contact me. When I was contacted, it wasn’t by his supervisor but one of his friends/colleagues who is just as rude as he is. I cannot wait to be finished with them so I never have to deal with them again. Please staaaay away from them, it isn’t worth it!

The agent assigned to my case never answered any phone calls or responded to emails. Instead of filling with all 3 credit companies, he only filed with one. probably enough to tell me that he did something.
