I was behind on my membership and they had stopped working on my case!! But I had only been a member for 4 months 2 of which were not paid! They weren't able to contact me because I no longer had access to the email they had on file. I had only spoke to one person previously and that's when I first signed up!! So, with approximately 14 strikes against me to start with...half of that was already cleared!! Obviously they had been working on my case at one point right?? So I was happy to learn that I could be reinstated with no extra fee. I just had to pay membership fees where I was behind and then the agent went right to work with me on the phone. She was able to tell me my credit score ++which had gone up since I first became a member++ as well as the other issues against me and what the next steps were. The phone call was 48 minutes long cuz I had some issues!! At different times while waiting on the computer we engaged in small chit-chat. The agent ++ Crystal++ was a pleasure to talk to!! Just for the record....I've never had to deal with issues concerning my credit score before and I still haven't thanks to Lexington Law Firm!! Thank you for all your help LexingtonLaw, and the time you are taking to help me rebuild my credit, and for the advice that was given to me on how I can keep rebuilding it myself. They even went as far as giving me a month free, because we had some issues with billing. I am a single mom, caring for 9 of my beautiful children. Life hasn't been easy, and recently we lost our vehicle. I can't say it was much of a loss, it had so many issues, but it has been harder for us to get around. We are walking everywhere now. I will start by saying that I am a first time home owner and a huge part of that happening was because of Lexington law! They contacted all my creditors and got everything taken off my reports. All my stuff was older and just sitting there causing me grief. My credit score was in the sub basement and the chances of owning a home was nil. By clearing my reports I was able to get a credit card and start building my credit score. Things went uphill from there, I now have a great score and I own a home and it all started due to Lexington law. I can't thank them enough. I have only been with Lexington law on and off for a few months and they have already gotten 1/4 of my negative history removed! They give you confidence in your credit becoming more healthy if you stick to the process and stay patient.
