Extremely and unbelievably poor service. Found unauthorised payments being debited monthly from my card. After two extremely long phone calls to HSBC, was unable to speak to anyone with any knowledge whatsoever to help. Made third call to cancel card and have new one sent out. Had new bill today to find that some helpful person at HSBC had transferred the unauthorised monthly debit to the new card issued despite my previous calls. Phoned again today to cancel card completely; this they would not do until someone from HSBC called back. Still waiting........circus and clowns come to mind
