I use comenity via Torrid. The low minimum makes it easy to pay on time and consistently. You are able to add multiple accounts to have as options to pay your bill and can name them (other accounts I have dont have the option to name your payment). It also sends an instant confirmation of payment which is nice. There is also mobile banking of sorts; it's a nice feature if you want to see your balance on the go with data/wifi and pay the bill if needed. Alos, my finance fees are pretty low.

I have had several accounts that their store card was through Comenty. I always paid my bills on time and I was never late. Every time I pay an account off they have closed my account. .This has happened to me with Catherines, Romans, my Husband's JC Penney, Old Navy, Jessica London, King Size, Brylane home, and Romans has reduced my credit line. Every time they do this they say they checked my credit report and because my credit score is lower now they closed or reduced my account. I did not authorize them to check my credit score because I did not request a credit increase. This company needs to go. They do not value good customers.
