Free 30-Day Trial

Limble offers a free 30-day trial to interested consumers. Businesses only need one trial account, as the software allows trial accounts to add multiple users.

Transparent Pricing

Limble offers four different plans: the Starter, the Professional, the Business Plus, and the Enterprise.

The Starter plan is best for small companies who are simply looking to cut down on paperwork and offers features such as preventative maintenance, work orders, data importing, and work requests (ticketing). The plan costs $40 per user per month (billed annually)

The Professional plan is best suited for small and mid-sized businesses that want a modern and simple CMMS. This plan includes features such as advanced reporting, parts inventory, downtime tracking, barcode and QR codes, and more. The Professional plan is $70 per user per month (billed annually).

Limble’s most popular plan is the Business Plus, which is an excellent option for mid-sized companies looking to automate their maintenance activities. The Business Plus plan includes access to the CMMS’s dedicated support team, workflow automation, API access, Purchasing (POs and budgets), and an offline mode. The Business Plus costs $105 per user per month (billed annually).

The Enterprise plan is the best option for large companies to streamline all their maintenance operations. With this plan, users have access to Limble’s Region feature. This feature allows users to manage up to 1,000 different locations from one account. Other features include AI duplicate work requests, 21 CFR validation package, onsite implementation, and custom integrations. The Enterprise plan is $185 per user per month (billed annually).

Limble boasts that there are no hidden fees attached to its plans. Setup fees, maintenance fees, software updates are included in your monthly subscription, and users can change their plan at any time.

Cloud-Based CMMS

Limble CMMS runs off the cloud, which means clients do not have to worry about setting up or managing servers. All they need is access to a mobile device or a browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox.
