Stitch Fix offers subscription clothing boxes for men, women, and kids. Its women’s clothing offerings include maternity options and plus sizes. Once clients create their style profile, they can order a delivery box. There is a styling fee for each box, but the fee goes toward purchasing the items in the box you choose to keep. If you don’t like all of the items in the box, you just send them back without needing to process a return
Stitch Fix is headquartered in San Francisco. It was founded by Katrina Lake in 2011. Stitch Fix is available in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Stitch fix brings me stylish, high end, custom items fit perfectly to my taste without me feeling irresponsible or like I’m splurging. The boxes arrive on time in good shape! Very much worth the investment!
I always receive something I love in my Stitch Fix box, but I am hesitant to keep items (especially if it is only one thing from my box) because of the automatic $20 styling fee. I feel like sometimes the item itself is barely worth more than that. In addition, you pay some flat rate in your initial order. Overall, due to the price of stitch fix, I think people are better off shopping on their own unless they are looking to try out a specific, new style of clothing and need inspiration.
This company is a great idea, it's just a little time-consuming to finally get clothing pieces that you want. I only ended up having 2 'Fixes' delivered to me before canceling my subscription, and I only ended up keeping 1 or 2 pieces. I think once the stylists get a feel for what you like it could be really great, but until then it's a long process just to have clothes sent to you that you don't love. I like to shop and I am kind of picky about my clothes, so the money I spent on some Stitch Fix pieces was not quite worth it. However, if you are not super picky about your clothes and don't have time to shop, Stitch Fix is a great solution!
The new outfits they find me are amazing. If I don’t like something they send me I can send it right back.
The stylus that stitch fix our very very good. The quiz I took online only took about a couple minutes. I have only had good results from stitch fix.
I really like this website because it is very inclusive of all shapes and sizes. The website itself is also very easy to look through.
Tried it once and I liked the clothes they sent me but didn’t fit quite my style or me. I am a petite person and it is difficult to find clothes that fit me.
I used stitch fix once after seeing good reviews and ads on social media. After completing my style profile and getting my box, its like they really didnt pay attention. Some things were okay, but others were totally off. Also, the items didnt go with my price range.

I’ve only used this once and didn’t love what I received. I do have other friends that love what they get. So I’m thinking you have to try it a couple times to get your style down?
I tried stitch fix as a way to save time for myself when it comes to shopping. My very first box was nothing like I expected. The styles were not me and a lot of the items didn’t fit. The only good thing was it wasn’t hard to send items back and cancel my subscription,
Stitch Fix sounds great in concept: Fill out a questionnaire, pin outfits to a Pinterest board, and a customized box of clothing comes straight to your house. I have had a few hits with my Stitch Fix box, but mostly misses. Maybe if I would have tried the subscription for a longer amount of time my stylist and I could have had a better understanding of my style. It was nice to have things delivered right to my house and be able to ship right back.
Good service. Okay clothes. If I could afford it I would’ve remained a customer.
I get the StichFix Box once a quarter and I always get high quality clothes at a reasonable price without having the burden of going to the mall and picking them out myself. What clothes I don't like I just send back!
It’s a nice idea but I didn’t care to keep the service because it wasn’t something that suit my needs. Price wasn’t my favorite either. They were pretty good at style selections and availability but just not a need for me.
I used Stitch Fix for one month and found the products to not be worth while. The clothing that stylists selected for me was subpar and overpriced. Even more so, you pay for a monthly subscription only to find out that all the clothing is almost double the price of this subscription. In order to keep the items, you have to pay the difference. Stitch Fix is an overpriced way of receiving clothing items you may never wear.
My wife just got her first box last month and was super happy with it. The clothes fit great and she liked the items that were sent. She hates going shopping so she was thrilled.
Didn’t know if I would like to have someone pick my clothes... love it! Amazing clothing shows up and I couldn’t have picked it out better myself!
You'll be lucky if you get a stylist that really knows what their doing. I spent hours refining my wardrobe online and they still sent me things I didn't like. If your budget is low they still seem to send items that are way over priced.
Fun experience, sometimes outfits were not exactly within my style profile. Still very enjoyable.
Great app when finally connected. Some boxes are absolutely perfect, while other are complete misses, but it allowed me to get out of my comfort zone and find new styles that i can incorporate into my already existing wardrobe.
I briefly used a free trial for Stitch Fix and had a neutral experience. There weren’t many options tailored to my style.
After all of the questions and links to my Pinterest board I felt like the stylist(s) just didn’t serve to my taste. And they didn’t have a great selection of modest clothing.
I really like my stitch fix box. It was worth the money and the clothes lasted a long time.
I did not like this company! I felt like they were over priced and was not what I was looking for!
The clothes were nice, but I thought they were a bit on the expensive side. They give you a discount to keep your whole box but sometimes it’s hard to justify $350+ for 3 or 4 pieces of clothing.
I have enjoyed my stitch fix boxes. They feel very custom and fit my body. The biggest perk is the 20% off if you keep the entire box. There have been times I didn’t love everything in the box but kept it because it discounted the cost of the box so much it made the item free.
I just started using Stitch Fix and really like it so far. I have a really hard time shopping because i am short and clothes arent made for short people. Almost all the clothes i have been sent actually fit!
Stitch Fix is a great company to subscribe to in order to get quality items mailed right to your door. They products are soft and well made.
I loved to use this and get my box but the clothes I really liked were always very expensive.
Really got me out of my comfort zone when getting my clothes but only in a positive way. The only downfall would be the price. Could be on the more expensive side
Stitch fix is a great clothing company that can save you hundreds of dollars. You can personalize a box and do it based off of your body type. They will make sure you'll have the best clothes for yourself.
Stitch Fix knows JUST what i need and or want!! They pick the best articles of clothing for me!
Overall, a good value, especially if you get a good stylist. The pieces are pricey, but good quality. Good for those that hate to shop!!
I LOVE Stitch Fix!! I have had several “Fixes,” and have kept everything in my fix!!
I received a few boxes and kept several items. Some of the items I received are still favorites of mine. But for many of the items, the quality was disappointing, especially considering the price of the items.
Received a few boxes, a few items I liked and kept but I am not too sure the stylist really understood my concerns. It was nice to try but short lived. Everything was always expensive so I stopped.
Stitch Fix is my favorite subscription I've had, keeping me up to date on new looks without being locked into what I'm sent. I love that it's a surprise and they push my fashion boundaries to items I would not usually choose for myself but end up loving.
Super fashionable, but I don't love the price. I've gotten some incredible pieces from this like my jean jacket, but it was $100!!!! The quality was amazing and it fit me so well, but I hate thinking it cost me that much!
Stich Fix can be hit or miss but I've found some of the best items in my closet from their boxes! I also like how you can order on demand!
Generally make good choices in the clothing they send us. My wife, daughter, and grandchildren have been pleased.
Picking items that fit my needs, my size and body type
Product and customer service are exceptional
I adore Stitch Fix and recommend people try it. I love the convenience of the service and the style of the clothing. They send pieces I wouldn't ever pick for myself. Returning the clothes is so simple. You just place it in the bag provided and then you send it back in the mail. I usually get at least one piece in every fix since my $20 fee goes toward the purse of one item.
So far I have only purchased one item from stitch fix. Been a member for six months but do to financial means I am only able to take one order per season. I have been told by others it takes at least three orders to get it spot on exactly what you like to help upgrade your wardrobe. So far it is a bit on the price side of things however the items while not really my sense of style outside the one item I did keep it was well made product. I can't wait for my fall order to come to see what I will keep from it. Love the fact that you can give feedback to the stylist as well as easy return.
Good service if you get a stylist that understands your style
Good quality but not very good at the selections they send
I have received several fixes. They were a good fit and style I usually kept all 5 items. The price was good for the quality of clothing I received
