I've waited over 3 weeks to receive the item ordered although PayPal took the money immediately--they said item would arrive in 7-8 days and it still hasn't shown up. Their customer service sends me an email everyday asking for the same info I've already sent them---will NEVER order from this company again. Also would not recommend ordering anything from a China or Hong Kong based company regardless of the good price.

The worst of the worst!!! Don't ever buy from them. Their products are not as they appear on their website. The quality is incredibly poor. Products are see-through but photos of the same item on their website do not show this. They are incredibly difficult to contact with an issue. They do not correspond in fluent English. They do not have a return address on their website! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Material is so disgusting to even touch on all items. One item arrived ripped with stitching on outside and a completely different design as advertised. Do not be deceived by nice online pics. Customer service is a scam. Thieves who drag the process of "partial" refund out in a slow scammy way so that it cuts it too close to file complaints with CC company when they don't actually follow through on promises of reimbursement.

I received the same runaround for 54.00. Zoyne and luvyle. They are the same company. Same China address. I notified my cc company and filed a dispute. They have refunded me my money. I'm returning both shirts to the same address in Ca. I also was told give the shirt to a friend. Best way to deal with this is contact your credit card company. They receive so many of these complaints that they are more than willing to work with you

If I could give zero stars I would! My boyfriend purchased three blouses and a pantsuit as a surprise. The items were purchased in June and arrived on Aug 12 and Aug 14. The quality is complete garbage and the sizing is ridiculous. I am 5'3" tall, weigh 124 lbs and wear a size 0-2. He purchased a "S" thinking it would be a good fit. None of the blouses fit, too small in bust area and shoulders. The pantsuit barely fit my 10 YO daughter, who wears a size 8-9 CHILDRENS! Never ordering again...DO NOT ORDER FROM this company!

Finally received items ordered...3 tops. Cheapest fabric and sewing imaginable. Would not wear to take out the trash. Trying to find a way to return all. 2 of 3 barely fit, third....same size S, fits fine other than xtra long sleeves with barely finished seams. All seams are open enough to read the Wall Street Journal. I have learned my lesson, no more orders from sites like Luvyle.

I am very disappointed by the products I received today. I ordered them over a month ago and almost reported the credit card charge as fraudulent as I did recognize the Hong Kong charge. What I received was very poorly made and fit terribly. Everything was cut straight (no fitting/style at all) and made from the cheapest fabric and accessories. So wish I looked up the company reviews before ordering. Going to donate my order as it would seem trying to get a refund is a waste of time.

I would not even give them a one star. This is a fraudulent way of making money. The merchandise is the worst. I bought a five items and I only got one of them. they never reimbursed me !!! The quality for the one I got was the worst one. It turned out they are out of the US and they use pictures from American women to advertise and they are in China. What a nightmare!!! I hope the American government can stop them from doing business!!

I ordered quite a few articles of clothing. The prices were inexpensive and the photos of the clothing so cute. Took a while before I got the merchandise, several weeks. The fabric was cheap and thin. The stitching crooked. Just really cheap looking. Asked for a full refund (approximately $150). Was offered $40 and a discount on new orders. Demanded full refund. Sent clothing back. Still waiting on my refund. It has been over 4 weeks. Too bad you have to give a rating of one start. This company does not deserve even a one star rating.

31 emails to return too small and manufactured defect shirt. Luvyle wouldnt pay for return on packages and clothes & sizes not matching my ordered sizes. Terrible company. After returned items they requested I send another list of items I returned! They try to frustrate the customer to the point of not honoring the refund. Sizes are China sizes and had shirts with d fact so bad it was unwearable! Don’t shop here.

BUY OR BEWARE !!!I purchased several items in December 2018 all were of very poor quality, Did not receive them for 5 weeks! When I reached out to Luvyle to return my items they they sent me a California return address and said requested I send them the tracking number which I did. Its Now June and I still have not received a refund!!!! Does anyone know if there is a class action law- suit on this company? DO NOY BUY FROM THIS WEBITE.

DO NOT BUY FROM LUVYLE. the images are totally different than the items they sell. If its a matter of lighting, you can tell. They purposely sent the wrong sizes just so they can take money out of you. These people ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I sent back the package w my own money for 3 weeks and still haven't seen my money back. i'm thinking of reporting this to the business bureau. there is no point of contact for return. they sent out email with no trail of communication so i have to copy and paste to keep track of it. this site should be BLOCK OR OFF THE INTERNET

DO NOT BUY from this site. I ordered $80 of clothes, 4 items, I wear an American Large, but ordered according to their chart XXXL. Took a month to receive , and they all said XXL on the BAG, but couldn't get any of them on!! They were more like a S-M size. One shirt had a hole in the middle front of it. Tried calling, emailing multiple times with no response and it has been over a week. This is FRAUD! Purchase at your own risk.

Avoid at all costs. Bought £100 of clothes , all were absolutely rubbish nothing like the pictures on site.asked for a refund they offered me $20 and said give them to friends as gifts. Wouldn’t give them to a homeless person. Eventually sent back to return address on packaging, even though I have proof of delivery still claim they don’t have them and insist I now send them to China. Offered me $40 as a refund. Complete con do not even look at their site it is a complete lie and fraudulent site.

Their special sizing info for every single item is totally different. But I followed it EXACTLY. When the 6 items arrived the sizes were so far off its negligent and frankly crazy. I sent emails and calls and finally heard from them a week later. They said I’m responsible for a HUGE shipping fee back to them if I want a refund. THATS CRIMINAL in my opinion.

I ordered $200 worth of clothes not only did it take about 4 weeks to arrive but when clothes arrived none of them were like items pictured online. All clothes were small and made very, very cheaply! I requested to return items with no response from the company. I emailed and called and left a message multiple times and still NO RESPONSE! I will not ever recommend this company to anyone nor will I ever order from there again! Order placed on April 21st and received last part of order week of May 24th...again last item as bad as the others! What a waste of $$!! So DISAPPOINTED!!!

I ordered two dresses in a small and received larges. I've been trying to resolve this for a few weeks now. They said because the dresses are made in China, they are smaller. I'm a petite woman and I KNOW I wear a small. They refuse to help me. And the quality of their clothing is awful. I have had a terrible experience with this company. I keep getting emals from Asian women telling me that my size should fit. I can't wear these dresses. I hope no one shops with them.

I checked again today 5/21/2019, Site still shows that item had not been recieved by them. I have a signed receipt for the delivery of the package to them. I still have not recieved my refund. They are not a company that I feel comfortable doing business with.

Do not order from Luvyle, especially not clothing! They advertise falsely and you don’t get what you ordered or you get a child size after ordering adult sizes! It’s dishonest and exasperating! They count on people not bothering to try for a refund. They don’t send order confirmation emails so you don’t have info to contact them with. If I could have given them negative stars I would not have rated them as high as one!

Do not be fooled by low prices. I ordered 5 things and they send 4 wrong sizes and 1 had the wrong sizing chart listed. Stated a medium was a 38" bust but when I got it, it measured 34" None of it fit right so I tried to return and they wanted me to pay $26 in return shipping before they sent the items. Ended up being a waste of money. WISH I looked at the reviews 1st. Don't waste your money! Took forever to get package too.

I ordered based on the beautiful pictures of well-designed clothes on their website. But unfortunately what I received was very, very poor quality knock-offs. My order took forever to arrive and all five blouses we're smaller then advertised, made from the cheapest, roughest cut of cloth imaginable, barely resembling the items I ordered. Wish I had read these negative reviews before I ordered. Sounds pointless to expect a refund. Lesson learned!!

To AVOID AT all costs. I have ordered 3 items. 1st item arrived 1 month later and did not correspond at all to the picture. When I contacted the customer service for a return (which was not an easy task) I was told the shipping costs were too high for the return (more expensive then then the item itself) and that I might as well keep the item even if I didn't like it! I was so disappointed, I cancelled the other 2 items and asked for a refund. It has been 4 months now and I still haven't received my money back, nor the items. This is simply a major FRAUD. It is called stealing the customer.

I placed an order of 3 items on 3/17/19. I received 1 on 4/10, 2nd on 4/29 and 3rd I’m still waiting for. Every email I get from them is “be patient” or “it’s a hot seller”. Only positive remark I can make is that the emails are responded to pretty quickly. The quality of one item still had strings at the hems, the neck edges didn’t line up completely and the design at the top, while it looks embroidered, is printed. Make sure you read the descriptions.

It is a company out of Asia their delivery information is false and the product information is false they charge credit cards as fraud and even my bank and credit card company has flaked this company is a fraud do not order from this company it is fraud and you can report it to Facebook or the Better Business Bureau their merchandise is poor quality or they charge your credit card and do not send it it is not as advertised at all!

It took so long for me to receive the item I had forgotten I ordered it. Was very disappointed when I received it. I had ordered extra large even though I use medium/large because it's s t shirt and I like it large and loose. What I got was a t shirt that a very thin 12 year old could not fit. If I could give them a zero, I would. I paid for shipping costs to have my order delivered in 6-8 days. A week went by and never received an email with tracking and shipping date so I contacted them by email since there is not a number. They said it would take 20 or more days to receive my order. I was livid!! They would not refund my shipping costs. I told them to update their website letting customers know their shipping time is incorrect. Have not heard back.

I ordered 6 items and paid $25 extra for express shipping which s 3-8 business days. A month later I still had not received anything. I emailed them just asking for a refund for the shipping. They replied no multiple times with ridiculous excuses as to why they could not refund me $25. Finally they offered me a $12 coupon even though I will never be shopping there again. Quality of clothes was fine but not worth the hassle. Finally got my clothes over a month later and only 4/6 items arrived. Awful customer service.

Bad or worse. I didn't check them out before ordering a birthday gift. I ordered on 3-18-19, they took money from my account on 3-19-19. On 4-3-19 was the target birthday and received nothing except be patient. I canceled 3 times and they try to negotiate with a $5 gift certificate. I was going today, 4-11-19 to file a complaint with the BBB however they only operate within the USA.

I bought 2 sweaters in early February. I ONLY received them in early April (spring time, not much use for sweaters). On top of that, the material is not even similar to the advertisement picture, it is simply bad quality and had I known it would be that material I would never have ordered. I feel like I threw away $ 60.00. Don't waste your time or money with this deceitful business. Hopefully they won't stay in business long due to the many horrible reviews online.

Absolutely rubbish. Clothes look nothing like they are in real life. When I tried to return them they said wait for the last item to arrive and then return items. I did this and wanted to return the last item as well. It was only a delay tactic. Trying to get a refund is impossible. You will get a plethora of email replies from female names like Vicky, Helen, Candy. Do they really exist? Whenever you see those pop-up adverts for this company's clothing on your mobile (and I assume there are several associates!) - do not buy you will just be wasting your time.

They have the worst customer service I've every encounter and there products are of extremely poor quality. A jacket I ordered didn't even have finished seams at the opening. The absolute worst. I've been waiting since the first week of March, no order. They took the money, however, in seconds! No response to my many emails. The "standard" update keeps stating "processing" for most of the order. A few things have "shipped." No idea where or when the packages will arrive, if ever. This company needs to be investigated. If the quality of the product is ten times better than the service, it's still not worth the experience. STAY AWAY!

Oh God! I wish I read these reviews first. I finally received the items I've been waiting forever for. They are crap and the sizes are a joke! Now I'm going to try to return EVERYTHING!!! If it gets to be too stressful I'm going to donate it to Goodwill. They can put it in their childrens department. The clothing arrives a full 2 months after order date. The clothing is extremely flimsy as far as fabric quality and the garments look nothing like the photos pn the site. The colors are way off and i think the photos must me retouched. Worst possible quality of clothes.. Piecemeal shipping with 1 garment sent at a time. COMPLETE crap clothes! So so so ugly in person! Look nothing like the photos!!

Double negative 👎 stars!!!! I did EVERYTHING they asked within the timeframe and they NEVER returned my money for the worst quality of clothes not to mention service. The only thing I last received was an email stating that they were about to refund me but wanted me to “remove” or edit my review from TrustPilot.com. It has been over 2 months and they won’t respond. They are scammers so BEWARE!!!!

The two I DID receive were cheap, ugly, with horrible fabric, nothing like the photos, and ridiculously small, made for teeny people. I've filled out their return request, and have received no response. Don't waste your time or your money. Cheap doesn't even begin to describe their clothing. I will be contacting my credit card company now.

This company is a fraud and should be closed down!! Do not buy from this company!!!!! I brought a top off them and after waiting months for it to arrive, it was nothing like the advertised item. I returned it, paying over $50.00 in postal charges but then 3 mo hrs later it was returned back to me as they gave me the wrong address. I have been tightening with them now for 9 months to get a refund and they keep saying it will take a bit longer and can I wait a bit more! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

My rating score is 0. I ordered clothing that took almost one month to be delivered. The site stated that it would take up to 7 days to receive them. All of the items were too small. There is no phone number to reach customer service. You can attempt to send them a message but your message can not be sent without a code. The code does not work. I finally received an address and returned the clothing, but did not get a refund.

The clothes you see in the ads are NOT what you are getting and don't even think for one second that you will be able to return the items for a refund. Won't happen. It's a bait and switch and I honestly cannot believe they continue to get away with this. Do not order from Luvyle! They do not deserve any starts. This company does not stand behind their products. They do not respond to emails or honor returns for their clothing. There is not a way to ship the clothing back to them since they will not give customers a return shipping address. The clothing arrived and did not look like the picture at all and made with cheap material. It was a waste of money. Shame on this company!

Was promised a coupon due to how long it took for my items to be shipped out and then after they "processed" but did not yet ship my items they told me they were not giving me the coupon. DO NOT BUY!! Worst company ever. I ordered my merchandise on Dec.6th, it is now January 26th and I have received nothing. Company quotes 7-15 business days for delivery. I have received nothing but have had my money taken. I have contacted the company several times in which they have constantly replied that it will be another 15-20 business days amongst other excuses. Save your money and order on the many other companies that are reputable and will deliver on time. AWFUL!

I ordered two items from this company close to 2 months ago. I didnt receive confirmation of my order or any info. Just the charge to my account though Pay Pal. I never received my shirts so emailed to cancel as the phone number goes to voicemail. I have yet to receive refund. 45 days later. I have written several times and get some garbage story to be patient and it will come. They wont give me their address and the say they have no phone number just an email. It is a bogus company. Stay away from them. Reminds me of the Frye festival scam.

POOR QUALITY! Cheap fabrics and items look completely different than what's pictured. Tried to return and instead they told me to "keep" the items and they would refund me half of what I paid... I accepted because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning to another country. I donated the items and Needless to say I've been waiting since October to see any refund! It's now 1/21/19 and still nothing! I've emailed them several times and they continue to apologize and say it's coming. Save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere!!!

I purchased 2 tops in September of 2018. 1 shipped in approximately 4 weeks, the other in 8. The product was inferior, and placed promptly in the trash. The company offered a $5.00 refund to my credit card. After months and months of communication it was not done. It is no longer worth the hassle of communicating, so will dispute it with my bank. Do not use this company, the price is cheap but so is the product.

Sold me items that were likely based on pictures stolen from other websites. Extremely poor quality and items not at all as pictured. Apparently this company is based out of China and there is no direct way to get in touch with them. There are apparent language barriers in being able to communicate and resolve concerns with them. Yet they still required me to pay return shipping to China to receive a refund, and now they are not following through in providing me with a refund of the items I sent back. Will be reporting this company to the Federal Trade Commission.
