Luvyle is an online women’s clothing shop site with the tagline “Modern, Irresistible, Affordable.” As a global company with headquarters in Hong Kong, China, the Luvyle website offers access in Spanish and French in addition to English. Luvyle is known for its flash sales and low prices, including promotions like a discount off your first order and free shipping when you spend above a certain dollar amount.
Luvyle’s inventory is in the thousands with hundreds of pages to scroll through while shopping. The clothing is sorted into several categories (below) with several sub-categories within each type of clothing. Clothing options include the following:
Luvyle’s flash sales provide customers a sampling of its large inventory at affordable prices. New flash sales go live every day, featuring certain dresses, shoes, outfits, and accessories that are available for a low price for a short time. Luvyle customers can scour flash sales by the day on which they came onto the site and can see the countdown to the end of each deal in days, hours, minutes, and seconds.
When you sign up for a Luvyle account through email or Facebook you can “favorite” items with a heart to keep track of items you like. This feature allows customers to watch for sales on their favorite items in the wish list and order items they want right away in their shopping carts.
One challenge of being a global company is the lengthy shipping times involved in delivering the product. And, unfortunately, Luvyle’s shipping claims and estimates are at odds with what many customers actually experience.
Luvyle’s FAQ page explains that the company ships all orders within two hours of receiving them during business hours, “even during [their] busiest of times.” This greatly contradicts the delivery date estimate chart which shows that shoppers in North America can expect their orders within 22 days at the very most (and eight at the very least) and includes “processing” time after the order is placed. But even this more liberal estimate is reported to be not met much of the time. Customer reviews describe waiting over three to four weeks before finally receiving their items and sometimes the orders never show up.

Took FOREVER to arrive but they did. Absolutely adorable shirts. BUT. Seriously ridiculous sizing. I normally wear a women's plus 1X. I ordered two blouses in size 3X to be safe, but honestly, they wouldn't fit if you wear a regular size medium. So tiny. I'm going to donate them because returning seems to be impossible and won't order anything else because I can't imagine any of the other items are sized any better. Total waste of $$$
Ordered 4items , waited over 4 weeks till they arrived. Sizes totally wrong and quality rubbish. Nothing like the pictures. Contacted them for refund and like other reviews had uptempo emails and offering to buy again with a discount, a voucher but no full refund. Service deplorable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give it a 0 also. I agree with everyone that this company is a total scam outfit. Clothes are a joke in quality and size. All other negative reviews reported are true in my case also. I am up to 20 emails with these people trying to get my money back. It is SO clear they have no intention of refunding any monies. They try to wear customer down with new requirement of proof for return. I am not playing their game. I called VISA and they are looking into this transaction with Luvyle and gave me a pending refund until they finish their investigation. I also informed VISA of the other 330+ bad reviews on line. I am also calling our state Attorney General to see if they would investigate this company practices.
I would never buy anything from this company again. After waiting over a month they sent my the same article twice at two different prices. The item (a dress) was too small. After ignoring me they finally said they wanted pictures of the item, not sure what that would solve. I decided to contact PayPal as that is how I purchased it. Their solution was to send the article back and I had to have online tracking, I told the two items to the post office...international rates would cost 25.00 for each package and 25.00 to track them bottom line all together it would cost over 100.00to return two items that I paid 60.00 for, bottom line I am donating the items to The Salvation Army. Never buy from them, ever!
1 star: Bad 4 minutes ago Luvyle Cheating Scammers Luvyle is the worst customer online experience I have ever had by 1,000 fold. All of the negative comments I have read in the previous reviews I completely agree with plus some. Yes, I am currently going through the email ping pong. I guess I may as well kiss my money goodbye and put this terrible experience behind me. How are they still able to operate in business? How can they continuously get away with this? And of course their clothing is complete cheap crap and sizing is up the shoyzer. There is no customer service. I vow to always bring up Luvyle in all of my conversations and also on my Social Media to help prevent anyone else being cheated. I also vow to read customer reviews in future to hopefully avoid this ever happening again. I wonder if any of the TV networks would be interested in the Luvyle cheating scam story.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are crooks! The sizing is TINY. The quality is horrible. The return process an absolute joke. I have 40 emails attempting to obtain credit for a returned item. They continually request you to photograph the items, the scan numbers, the items hanging, repeatedly ask for the reason why you are returning the item, where you returned the item, etc. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE your time and money with this company.
My experience echoed the others. Endless wait for shipping. Package sent to the wrong side of the country (New Jersey vs California). Finally received one blouse, not two. Sizing way off, poor quality. PayPal no help with dispute. I only wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.
I wouldn't give any stars--had to give at least one. None of the 3 clothing items I ordered were a reasonable size for the labeled size for an American woman--XL wouldn't even fit around my arm. The labeled material is obviously false--e.g., not even part cotton when they say it is mostly cotton. One of the blouses came with a zipper instead of buttons, and if you closed the zipper all the way, the neck opening wouldn't fit around a cat's neck. BEWARE, THIS COMPANY SELLS JUNK!!!!

Luvyle addressed my parcel wrong. It could not be traced by Royal Mail. The company are to date (3 months) refusing to produce refund, saying that I need to PROVE that I did not receive it. Different service people respond without reading previous mail and are saying unhelpful nonsense. I would not use them again.
Took more than 2 mths to reach me (Australia) and worst the item was a long sleeve instead of a short sleeve and of a very poor quality finish. Do not buy via this Co. Martine Australia poor
The clothes look very nice in the pictures; but beware. Poor workmanship, and sizing issues will make you regret ordering. Returns to China are at your cost, and trying to get information or exchange items is tedious and laborious. After 14 emails, I have given up. I will not order from Luvyle again.
Stay well clear. Terrible products with sizes that don't make sense. I have been emailing several times to get the address to send back the stuff-first they tell me "why don't you replace them at a discount rate, its better". I keep telling them to give me the address and now they have stopped responding. I should have researched more and known better not to do business with a chinese company

Worst customer service ever! I’ve been fighting with them for over three month after they shipped my items to the wrong zip code and was returned to sender. They won’t send it back to me unless I pay additional shipping. I refuse to pay for their mistake.

After buying several pieces of clothing from Luvyle I decided Never again. Their clothes are made of light, literally see-through cloth. The actual garments do not look anything near as good quality as it appears online. Waste of good money. Also, delivery time is ridiculously long.
BUYER BEWARE: The product, delivery times and return policy are all horrible. Received 8 items in mostly singles, over a 6 week period not days as website claims . Once received all items were too small, the size charts on website are not accurate. The fabric and construction quality can only be described as POOR at best! When I asked for a refund they asked over a 10 day period of back and forth to send pictures and what the problem was etc. etc - this give them time to go over the return policy time frame of 15 days . I tried to send back to China, Express Postal to get in prior to going over 15 days return policy and would have cost me another $100.00. My guess is company will not last and will just start up under different name in future.

Zero Stars. The cheapest the thinnest the most horribly made clothes I have ever seen. items that were called dresses came up to my upper hip. I am 5 foot 4. When I emailed them saying I needed to return all of my items they asked me if I would keep them if they refunded one third of my purchase price. I told them no I wanted to return them. they would never give me an address to return so I returned the items to the address that they came from in California. I emailed them a copy of my tracking number to the address in California and she said I mailed it to the wrong address and that they will never receive the items back. I had to settle with getting a half refund. I had returned all of the items to the only address I had which was where they originated on the packing slip. This company should be shut down.

Poor quality items (and nothing resembling online images) returned - and signed for - to distribution centre and keep receiving the same email response. Trading Standards unable to do anything as goods not advertised as 'authentic' online. Do not order anything from this website.
I’m having extreme problems with this company. I truly wish I had read this information before I ordered three products. I suggest potential clients to check this company’s ethics. Their delivered products do not resemble the clothing the models project on their website. Their delivery timing is pathetic and the products are inferior ie: does not represent the advertised garment. Stay away from Luvyle. Once you have paid, they couldn’t care less about customers satisfaction. I’ve learnt the hard way .

I wish I could give them 0 starts. Worst on-line experience I've had, ever, and that's saying a lot considering how much I've bought on line for how long. I ordered 2 shirts, XL and medium. The shirts they sent me are sized for infants. When I contacted them for a return address, they asked for photos which I provided, then they basically ignored all of my further communications by "responding" with non-responsive form emails. After a week of this, I filed a dispute with PayPal which I eventually escalated to a claim, luvlyle responded to PayPal with a CHINA return address despite having shipped the shirts to me from a American address, PayPal accepted this (time to minimize my future use of them). It would cost me more to ship the shirts back to CHINA than they're worth - luvlyle's apparently short-term successful strategy in these situations - and now I'm out my money. Don't end up like so many of us posting here! Avoid luvlyle like the plague!!

I saw the beautiful pictures, fantastic prices and got excited, shopped $150 worth of clothing. My credit card got charged immediately, but it's been 1 month and 20 days and I haven't received anything, not my clothes, not an email confirmation, nothing! I tried calling, no answer. I sent 5 emails requesting information, no answer. Be careful ladies... Don't fall for this ghost companies in Honk Kong!!!
Eric S. This was by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. bottom line...DO NOT ever buy anything from them. The service stinks and the sizes are not even close to what you expect. I ordered a shirt in XL and it came to me so small it wouldn't even fit my small dog. So...I ordered a 3XL, their largest size. A bit bigger but still so small only a child could wear it, except for the stains it came with. Making a complaint seems hopeless as they just talk and talk and try to make you send the junk back to China. They know that it cost too much so people just give up. They are thieves. I guess I'll just use the two shirts I now own as dish rags. If you know what is good for you, DO NOT even consider buying from them. STAY AWAY!!! I used one star because there is no place to show zero stars.
I've waited over 3 weeks to receive the item ordered although PayPal took the money immediately--they said item would arrive in 7-8 days and it still hasn't shown up. Their customer service sends me an email everyday asking for the same info I've already sent them---will NEVER order from this company again. Also would not recommend ordering anything from a China or Hong Kong based company regardless of the good price.

Material is so disgusting to even touch on all items. One item arrived ripped with stitching on outside and a completely different design as advertised. Do not be deceived by nice online pics. Customer service is a scam. Thieves who drag the process of "partial" refund out in a slow scammy way so that it cuts it too close to file complaints with CC company when they don't actually follow through on promises of reimbursement.

I received the same runaround for 54.00. Zoyne and luvyle. They are the same company. Same China address. I notified my cc company and filed a dispute. They have refunded me my money. I'm returning both shirts to the same address in Ca. I also was told give the shirt to a friend. Best way to deal with this is contact your credit card company. They receive so many of these complaints that they are more than willing to work with you
If I could give zero stars I would! My boyfriend purchased three blouses and a pantsuit as a surprise. The items were purchased in June and arrived on Aug 12 and Aug 14. The quality is complete garbage and the sizing is ridiculous. I am 5'3" tall, weigh 124 lbs and wear a size 0-2. He purchased a "S" thinking it would be a good fit. None of the blouses fit, too small in bust area and shoulders. The pantsuit barely fit my 10 YO daughter, who wears a size 8-9 CHILDRENS! Never ordering again...DO NOT ORDER FROM this company!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered 4 items on 3.6.19. Two days later I was informed that 1 of the items was out of stock and they offered to have me pick another item which I refused. They then said they could refund me like $10 or $15! I said no, I wanted the full price I paid refunded. The refund was finally deposited in my account on 4.26.19 after several emails. The other 3 items did not fit (they took weeks to arrive) They said I could give them to friends, or again get $15 refund for each. I said no, I wanted the full refund for each item. They kept promising within 10 to 15 days, then it was it has been put on urgent, can you wait a few days, this went on for weeks, and on May 30, 2019 I told them I had had enough, they'd had the returned items for weeks and so I contacted my credit card company and opened a dispute. It is August 8 and I still do not have a refund, 6 MONTHS LATER. Unless you are absolutely sure you will not need to return an item, do not buy from them!!! The pictures and sizes of the items were not accurate per the actual clothes. Truly disappointed in every way. BUYER BEWARE.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY? I have sent numerous emails to this company requesting a refund of goods never received as they were not even sent out because of delay on their side. I get replies from different people each time promising to look into it with no results. I do believe they are scammers as I have seen other reviews with the same problem as me. I am going to take this further and find others who have had their money taken and not received refunds...there are many out there. It is time we all took action to stop these people scamming us. It should be broadcast with the media and consumer companies worldwide so that we can at least stop them from scamming others. I have heat again had another message this morning promising refund...this has been going on since the beginning of June ...no genuine company would treat you like this it is disgusting.
I just received my order and I simply could not believe what was in the package! First of all, I did not receive everything I ordered, which would be a blessing if I hadn't paid for it all in advance. The quality is just horrible and their website does not represent the product correctly. When the description tells you the item is "printed", they mean it! The designs are literally printed onto cheap, thin fabric! I waited 4 weeks for this crap! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing!! Wish me luck as I have emailed the company to complain and am hoping that once I mail this horse hockey back to them, that they will have the decency to send me back my $102.40!
I ordered what looked a pretty lace navy top and received it but too small for me. I have no address to return it too and can't get ahold of them and I guess I'll be stuck with the f******ing thing and I am far from being happy with it.
Finally received items ordered...3 tops. Cheapest fabric and sewing imaginable. Would not wear to take out the trash. Trying to find a way to return all. 2 of 3 barely fit, third....same size S, fits fine other than xtra long sleeves with barely finished seams. All seams are open enough to read the Wall Street Journal. I have learned my lesson, no more orders from sites like Luvyle.

Bought 5 blouses that my wife liked the looks of...it took almost a month to receive the blouses. They did not fit, and the quality is garbage. They offered a $31 credit, or a $28 refund...totally unacceptable. The blouses don't fit. We can return them to China at our cost...WTF? Do not buy anything from Luvyle.
I am very disappointed by the products I received today. I ordered them over a month ago and almost reported the credit card charge as fraudulent as I did recognize the Hong Kong charge. What I received was very poorly made and fit terribly. Everything was cut straight (no fitting/style at all) and made from the cheapest fabric and accessories. So wish I looked up the company reviews before ordering. Going to donate my order as it would seem trying to get a refund is a waste of time.
Whatever you do, do NOT order from this site based out of Hong Kong. It is nothing short of fraudulent. I ordered around $170 worth of items. I paid for expedited shipping. The first batch of clothes arrived 4 weeks later. They looked nothing like the clothes I ordered and the quality was horrendous. A toddler could have done a better job sewing these together. Basically, they recreate a clothing item off of a picture from another site. My second batch of clothing items never arrived. So I am out a full $170. Don't even bother with their customer service. It is like dealing with a Teletubby. The only thing any of us can do is get the word out and alert sites that let them display their ads.
