Love Culture is a growing business both online and in their retail stores. Starting in 2007 as a retail shop, Love Culture came online in 2010 to try and reach a wider range of customers. Their website says it best stating they are a lifestyle brand and shopping destination for edgy, fashion forward young women. Love Culture was created under the vision of empowering young women with style while remaining within an affordable price range. They now have over eighty retail shops in twenty-six different states and an online growing business that hopes to reach international teens in the near future.
- Affordable pricing for young fashion-forward customers
- Continual promotions on website homepage
- Large product selection for clientele
- Free shipping benefits for certain orders
With so many online retail stores to choose from, it is difficult to be a company that stands out. Love Culture strives to be different and succeeds in a number of different ways.
Affordable Pricing for Young Fashion-Forward Customers
Love Culture is designed specifically for young women who want to stay on top of current fashion trends. The company does a wonderful job also catering to affordable price tags for young women shoppers. Most items are anywhere from twenty to forty dollars, although the website also has a sales drop down menu selection for an even bigger discount if desired. The sales tab includes options to either shop by price or to shop by item depending on how a consumer wants to breakdown the merchandise.
Continual Promotions on Website Homepage
The homepage at Love Culture provides many different promotions both for new and returning customers. A fifteen percent discount is offered to any new customer wanting to create an account with the company, including promotions on shipping. The homepage also provides a quick access tab to the sale items by breaking them down in categories of under five dollars, ten dollars, fifteen, and under twenty to help young women looking for more discounts.
Large Product Selection for Clientele
The product selection on the Love Culture website is mainly marketed towards young women specifically. They are a teen fashion clothing company and the bulk of their merchandised is for that market. However, the website does offer a link to a different website that provides both plus size young women's clothing as well as juniors clothing. This link has similar merchandise to Love Culture, has similar pricing, marketing, and all the same deals and sales including free shipping on purchases totaling over fifty dollars. Love Culture has also created an upscale line called Boutique Culture that sells more high priced items for older females who enjoy the style and trends Love Culture has to offer teens.
Free Shipping Benefits for Certain Orders
Currently on the Love Culture website, a shipping promotion is front and center offering free shipping for all ground orders over twenty five dollars. The normal price range for orders to qualify for free shipping is any purchases totaling over fifty dollars before tax, sent to the contiguous forty-eights states, the offer is not valid in Alaska or Hawaii. The online store is open and takes orders twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Most orders are processed and shipped within three to four business days. If a customer needs an item sooner, they are able to purchase speedier delivery at checkout. Love Culture does not currently ship any products to international destinations, although this is a goal they have for the near future.
Consider these negatives before shopping with Love Culture:
Confusing Return Policy
The return policy for online purchases is found on the website and states that any item may be returned or exchanged within twenty-one days from when the order was received by Love Culture. Customers must pay shipping costs to return or exchange an item and items that are marked as sale items, including jewelry and body suits, are not eligible for return. The problem with the return policy comes from that last disclaimer. All items that are marked as sale items are not eligible for return, meaning a large number of items are not eligible for return. This can be confusing and not provide a ton of value in the overall shopping experience for customers.
