After 16 years all voice mails deleted by Tmobil visual voice mail forced update. TMOBIL says they have issues but after 1 1/2 hours basically said nothing we can do so effectively "screw you customer"

I never actually had t mobile. I tried. My ssn was ran, and according to my ssn, not only did I have a phone from t mobile, I worked for t mobile, in Washington state. I was denied service and basically called a liar.
