T-Mobile has by far the worst customer service of any phone carrier. They are never prepared for new releases which creates back orders for up to months after a phone's release date. Their Network coverage is garbage and even when you do have connection it's rather spotty.

The absolute worst phone company to be with. If you have a issue with their service or any other problem - and you're upset and frustrated, they never actually commiserate with you or apologize or act sorry and at the end of the call even if the problem is not solved they act all cheerful saying thank you fo using T-Mobile. I grew to hate using them. It's the primary reason I switched from that company.

I had moved to a little town a month after my child was born. I could not get service in my home. I would have to go outside and walk around to try to get service. I requested to end my contract due to T-Mobile not having towers by me. I had a newborn so it was important to have a working cell phone. I wrote a letter explaining why I would like to end my contract and was denied. They messed up my credit and I still owe them $700.00.

Don’t do prepaid , I had $250 in account before I move to xfinity, customer service in India said I’ll get my money back and no need to do anything to close my account, waited 3 weeks for refund only to find out that they can’t see any trans action on your account after 3 months and There’s no way for retail to pull up an account for prepaid. I lost $250 and Indian girls never got my account and phone plan correct, it gets tiring I make calls twice a month .
