I enjoy having T-Mobile because of their international plan. I'm doing a humanitarian trip for 3 months and everyone else had to buy a new phone plan down here. T-Mobile was the only carrier where you didn't have to.

It's cheap, and you get what you pay for! It cuts out quite frequently, but if you're okay with that it's a good deal. Texting sometimes takes a while to get messages through, but overall it's an okay service.

I enjoy their prices but I need better coverage. They continue to tell me I live right down the street from one of their towers yet my connection is always an issue. I've already put in a personal tower in my house but there still seems to be trouble. If it wasn't for how good the price was I would have been back with Verizon.

I've been with Tmobile since 2005. Customer Service has always been great. I've been grandfathered into unlimited plan for $100 for 2 lines for a long time and happy with it.

The quality of t-mobile in remote areas is not always of the highest quality. I have been in areas like Flagstaff where all of my friends with other services had service long before I did and this was in a residential area. I also have only a few bars in my house and I have never seen it more that 3.

i have had tmobile all my life, they are affordable but i feel liket he service/network is getting worse. Most of the time I dont get service at most places. When i call in to ask what for advice, they try to sell me something instead. I am not very happy right now with them. I am thinking of changing provider.

T-Mobile was my first Cell phone company I used when I moved to Utah. I found out where I live there were dead areas and I constantly was getting cut off. I finally gave up and switched to another cell phone company and have been pleased. Maybe in other states there is better cell coverage, but in Utah it was horrible.
