I like how reliable sprint is. They also have really good plans if you like to upgrade your phone each year!

Cons: bad service in certain nyc zip codes and not a lot of add-on deals like the computation Pros: tends to be cheaper then At&T and Verizon and they’re still pretty reliable.

Sprint has a cheaper cost to their providers, but the biggest downside is that they have very spotty coverage, which is my only issue with Sprint.

Great company while traveling abroad, but around my own home I struggle to get connection and drop calls on the daily. Not sure if it's my area but that is my experience.

I "trusted" the commercials (Big Mistake). Advertised as only 1% less coverage area for great price discount! My phone calls were getting dropped while driving in San Antonio and dead zones in my home. I had to go outside an insane amount of time to complete business calls. Changed back to Verizon the next evening!

They make a lot of promises they don't keep. Like how they promised to pay off my existing bill and I have yet to see a check or notice telling me that they paid off my previous phone bill. Now I'm in collections because Sprint can't keep their word. Also, I lose service EVERYWHERE.

Customer Service wasn't the best and don't get as much signal as some of the competitors. Upside is that since sprint merged with TMobile, I'm able to sue Tmobile Tuesday.

I pay 70.00 for unlimited service for this company but my phone is so slow and they would tell me it is because I’m using it during peak hours ! Or would tell me they don’t have an antenna near my home ! There is no unlimited service basically I’m paying for a substandard service

Good coverage and phone options. Online billing is easy to understand and pay. In person stores though lack customer focus.

We left Sprint for AT&T over 10 years ago and have not considered going back. The service was spotty and the cost was too great for the value they offered.

We changed it to Sprint to lower our bill. Unfortunately, we paid for that and terrible service. Not only was our service not what we were promised, But when we went to customer service, they were very unhelpful. We have had weeks at a time with no service while the towers were down.

If i could give 0 stars i would. MY gf had sprint she just got on a plan with tmobile with me because her phone bill was 150 a month for 1 phone! when we tried to switch sprint refused to provide her account number so we could switch. I spent over 20 minutes on the phone begging for the account number i had to hang up and call back.

By far the worst cell phone company I've ever been with. I don't know how they are still in business. If I could get out of contract with them without spending a fortune I would have been gone a long time ago. Take my advice stay far far away.

We cancelled Sprint service after 6 months into our contract because the bill we received was always hyper-inflated with extra fees and charges that we never understood. We called them every month for 6 months and got it resolved back to the original contract rates, but then it would happen again. Avoid Sprint.
