Being a female and at times not so sharp with auto warranties, National Auto Coverage clarified many parks explained and answered questions I had about some concerns on my vehicle. Very polite gave me call back with any questions that later came to mind. I couldn't ask for more. Efficient, knowledgeable on how to go about inquiring about others warranty programs that are not what they seem! Very pleased with any concerns I may have. My car has been in the shop for over a month and the insurance won't return the dealer or my calls after they made the estimate. They are simply not available. Talked to supervisors, expedited my messages to get a response and emailed the department and nobody has the time to work on my clim or call me back. What a disappointment with the company. I have been withithout a car for over a month.

National Auto Coverage is the best. They reviewed my policy for free, helped me cancel it, and even helped me get a refund. Their policies are fantastic and super affordable. The rep that I dealt with was really nice and took his time to review the policy detail by detail with me so he could help me understand what I had been sold before. He treated me like a friend rather than just another customer.

It’s definitely not first day coverage and along with the many excuses they used to NOT cover our car repairs! But I will definitely use their first day coverage marking strategy if I have to go to court. Horrible company!

Thank you for your feedback, however, our company policy is to directly pay any repair facility over the phone. If a repair was done and a reimbursement needed to be issued that check is usually done within 24-48 hours as long as we have all of the documentation
