I have had 3 RAV4s and all have been very easy to drive and dependable
Excellent quality at a reasonable price. Reliability. Great resale value. The Camry "fits me." I am short and can easily see over the dash, which is not the case in many other vehicles.
Reliable cars well priced for their target groups good technology.
I have had numerous Toyota vehicles. They are well built and last forever. I get a very comfortable ride with my Highlander. As far as improvement-- I would like better gas mileage with my vehicle.
experience has been very good. I would like to see better customer service and technology updates to NAV systems
their cars runs forever is what I like. I'm currently own is250 and rx350 f sport both runs smooth with hassle free and that's the first auto brand that doesn't breakdown on me.
Great experience, everything, affordability and the underpinnings are plastic and always tear up
Awesome cars!!! Very reliable and easy handling. Love, love, love them!!!
Poor body integrity. Poor warranty service. Overpriced. All kinds of other issues with dealers.
Started off annoying because I showed interest and one dealership called and left so many messages it was harrassment. Bought my vehicle from a great dealership and they went above and beyond. Took it in for an oil chang and was lied to regarding cost and they put the wrong oil in it. So it has been more bad than good.
Great cars, average service. They could improve price point to compete with kia/hyundai
great service ,good price, great car quality all around
We are on our 3 generation of Toyota now. Each of our previous went for over 300k miles. Quality is king in my book. Road noise is the only improvement I could recommend.
Their cars last a long time and are dependable. The Toyota Sienna model my life at one time and I will forever be grateful.
Good quality but they need to bring back the Prius v to the US
Excelent product and service.Associates are always very friendly and helpful
I love how long they hold up and hold resale value
very good cars and aforable parts unlike some other companys which parts cost are insane plus if you give them the basic service
Customer service/service, the sales reps go above and beyond to make sure customers have a good car buying experience. The service department reps do a great job in explaining what needs to be done on your car with lots of patience
Great car, holds its market value better than most brands. Does not need to improve on a solid car.
Owned numerous Toyotas in various models. Extremely reliable, well-made, and hold their value well. The newest models (2016-present) have HORRIBLE voice recognition and navigation software - highly unusual for Toyota.
I have had several foreigh cars (Nissan, Volvo, VW) and currently own a Prius. I like the reliability of the brand, and the innovation in hybrid technology. They could improve the design especially with the 2019 models. I am looking at cars and don't really like the new designs. I have not found the customer service any different than other brands.
Great product, reasonably priced, serviced by great folks. What more can you ask for?
Love my Prius and the gas mileage, just wish they had a more comfortable driver seat
They the BEST! They did a $3000 repair for no charge out of warranty. They also included an 18 month extended warranty for no charge!
Love toyota had 3 of them very dependable. Manuals should be model specific
Love the ride, and almost everything about it. I wish they would improve the housing for the controls on driver's seat, and the way the front fenders ffit. They pull off when curbing is too high. Also, the small grills close to the front bumper were lost or gone soon after buying the Sienna.
WORST CAR I EVER DRIVEN QUALITY IS POOR, WORST GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY
Reliable quality product. Keep improving user awareness.
I was car shopping and I saw this car online when to the Price Toyota and everything from sale, swervice and financing was very good and now waiting for my tags and no more car payments. Thanks to Toyota for helping me choose my red Toyota Corolla 2017 LE but I do recommended Toyota their safety features on any car 2017 and up. Also, I love red. Anyone not sure get a Toyota second a Nissan and third choice a Chevrolet.
they are good as you can get as all companies are pretty much the same.
have owned Toyota for 45 years, very reliable product
Their lease prices are too high & their customer service leaves a lot to be desired in Middletown, NY
Dont know, about the company per say, but their product is very dependable, and of good guality.
Better battery needed., 170,000 miles and still dependable.
Very little repairs, cars last well over 200k miles
The Product has been very good. The service centers have not been honest with me in the past, so I have my own outside mechanic.
I had my Tundra truck in for a recall. When I changed my oil, I noticed someone at the dealership switched my skid plate. I complained to the dealer and to customer service which were no help.
Excellent service; quality of products; professional treatment of customers
Their vehicles are great. We currently have 330,000 miles on a 2011 Rav 4.
Awesome vehicle. Dealer customer service ok. Typical once you purchase they aren't your best friend anymore
Good reliable cars, last a long time. Not flashy, but I don't need that.
The Customer service in Owings Mills service center is excellent. The dealership could improve on the value for trade ins.
Best hybrid technology compare to nay other company with all fetures required
Cars last forever. Our dealership is wonderful. They could put CD players back as well as Sirrius radio
I have a terrific dealership. in Earl Stewart. Free tire, free batteries as long as they service the car. There are special discounts during the year on car services, I get dropped back at the house and picked up when the service is completed. My service writer is a super person and gives me straight talk. I could not ask for more.
Purchased new Tundra in 2004 and still drive it. Customer service could improve a lot.
And very good overall , I go to Wilsonville Toyota, there's no haggling on the price. Which I love. That's what the other dealerships need to do.
I bought a new Toyota Rav 4 a few years ago. They were great to deal with with no pressure. My service to this car with them has been great and through
Been driving Toyota's since 1978. I feel that Toyota's are very reliable and you get a lot of miles out of them as long as you keep them maintained.
