They have competent employees at sales, service and management
Awesome!! Never had any oroblem with them. I have had to ford suv's- both have been awesome! Had the 1999ford exployer sport fir about 15 years abd had clise to 300000 miles on it. Now i have a 2012 edge- have had it now over 7 tears with about 180000 miles on it - still going strong!!
The Ford Edge we own has been a wonderful vehicle. Ford has put quality products on the road for years thanks to their UAW workforce.
Great vehicles, we have owned a number of different manufacturers vehicles over the years but Ford has been the most reliable vehicle after vehicle.
I have been treated very well by my Ford dealer and my vehicles have been very reliable.
the vehicle I purchased has been very reliable and a good value for themoney.
Very poor on providing parts on recalls. Very unreliable in following up on recall notices. The placement of the battery on a Ford Fusion and a Ford Escape is not customer friendly location in time of battery failure. The passenger seat on a Ford Escape is a miserable ride.
I love all my Ford cars, trucks, and minivans I have owned throughout the years. I just love the quality of the car and the ease in handling the cars. Their customer service is great.
I have not had issues with my Ford Escape. But the check engine lights stays on and mechanic can not get a code on it.
I have been a Ford customer for 12 years now. I have owned 4 trucks and have been pleased with each purchase. The Ford dealership here in GA knows me well. They take time to help me with each purchase, question, issue I have and service calls. I would buy from them again if I needed to.
Good quality, innovation, dependability. Friendly service and they answer questions very well. I've always been able to find what I'm looking for.
Quality is good. More vehicles that are good for towing. Not just pickups
The service on the car is good, but the quality of parts and manufacturing are horrible
Better built then some imports but like all cars out there they fail to often.
vehicle service and customer service will return for future oil changes
Once the car has been traded back to take OFF their call list t renew insurance. Easy to schedule maintanance and you have a comfortable place to read or watch tv.
I am impressed with the quality of my 2014 Escape, I recently had to use a rental car (Toyota) and it made me really appreciate my Ford. I also have my car financed through Ford and the process was easy unlike previous experiences with financing.
I have had my Ford Edge since 2007. No problems and when they had recalls, only 2 they took care of it .
Too much platinum used on items that will wear out prematurely, specigically gearing\servos controlling the vent fliw.
Dependable, stylish and affordable. They have great leadership who doesn't buckle to pressure as in bailout money
Driven Fords for over 35 years, never have i been left stranded, i have only had one break down in all thst time.
Fantastic company with reliable cars. I love my Fusion and its the best car ive ever owned with fantastic gas milage.
Excellent no complaints, have had excellent service from my vehicle..Glad that i bought my Ford and the dealer was great couldnt be happier t
Reliable ford escapes have been driving them for decades and they just keep getting better. They are great value for their price and never break down
they're good overall with some great special yet costly models and many so-so affordable ones just as well ...
Good price, good styling, inovative, great dealership, servicing is easy for appointments and any repairs
Have had more Ford's than any other make . They are the most basic and repairs are usually simple.
Helpful with financing ,salemen were very attentive, great followup after the sale
The car I had was very nice and lasted a long time.
Great product, dependable and good service retain good value.
Availability of Services. Prompt and looks after the problem and solve it. Keep up the good work they started - TRADITION -
Product lineup-quality-performance are strengths. Ford is better in most areas for value.
I have had three Fords from 1999 to 2015. All worked well. Service at my dealer was good.
Loved my Mustang but had to let it go after Ford announced ceasing manufacture and support for V6. Service deteriorated over last couple of years.
have always had reliable cars from them for the most part. i keep them for 200,000 miles most of the time.
Their cars have improved a lot as have all brands. We still rembewr made in Am erica but we know about globilization. Mostly we have been buying Fords because the other American owned car brands are poorly made. Over the years we have had a lot of Ford cars and we drove them untill we could not fix them anymore after 150,000 miles or more. .
Good quality product, especially their trucks. I have also own several of their luxury cars, Lincolns
excellent service department, friendly and knowledgable
Owned four Expeditions, all operated in harsh conditions at high altitude in the Rockies. Five miles of bad road between home and highway. One transmission replacement under basic warranty.
Although the interior quality is behind Dodge, the vehicle is outstanding in all mechanical aspects
Good relationship, personal like service, affordable, good quality product
Love the people at Robin Ford, they are knowledable and no pressure
I like the fact that ford do not call for a lot of maintance services
Great value for the price, I couldn't ask for a better car!
Positive and friendly service and showroom staff. They even recognize holidays and birthdays.
McRee Ford in Dickinson,TX has excellent sales and service. Free loaner if you purchased your vehicle there and need service. The only bad thing is their quick lane has been so busy and the wait has been way too long for me to keep getting my oil changed there.
Good product good dealer network Low maintenance
The vehicles are very reliable, I have never had a major breakdown with Ford. Normal wear n tear maintenance starts at about 100 thousand miles. Don't expect to get that if you don't maintain your vehicle.
Quality. Trucks last and resale is excellent......................
Their engineering is awful. They have proprietary parts that regularly fail.
