I bought blinds for 4 windows about 3 years ago. When they were installed the guy said don't worry the wrinkles from shipping will fall out of them during use...3 years later they still look crumpled. We also bought the manual version because of the specific window frame we have. I wish they had a better solution than magnets to keep the shades evenly hung. I can tape it but for $400+ per shade i wish they had a solution just worked on its own.
