The product may be good but the customer service definitely was not. The installation price is ridiculous (12% of pre-discount price!) We were charged $850 to install 8 roller shades which took under 15 minutes. It’s literally 2 brackets and 4 screws. Had our sales rep given us the full picture we would’ve never chosen to pay for installation. When we complained to customer service we were told they don’t re-imburse for installation, and they blamed us for not reading the contract well enough. Also one of the blinds was sent with an incorrect size, it had to be re-ordered (no compensation offered) . Since the products got shipped from China, we had to wait 2 more weeks for that one. When we complained to customer service about that, we were offered $89 (10% of the discounted price of that blind), kept complaining for about a week and finally ended up with a 30% discount on a blind we waited 6weeks for.
