The installation people are very good. They're not perfect, but they're pretty close. We ordered something and it's still not here and it's been a long time, and then we thought we got curtains for our living room and they were never ordered, so I don't know.

I had two different installations over the course of a couple months and both of the reps were fantastic. They look nice and I got the top of the line remote control and it's just so easy to use. You just pair it to your iPhone and you're good to go.

Betsy S was our first rep who bungled the order. One of the rooms required a back order, which she never submitted. After 3 months, we called and were sent another rep to finish the order, but we did not get our original discount. Perhaps it was the rep, Betsy S, but you should've reached out and accommodated with some kind of compensation for our inconvenience and additional expense. Your installer, Seth, however, was amazingly competent.
