Updated review. BEWARE! Unless you know how to fix your problem then don’t use this company. If they give you a solution and there is a problem with what they did they will fix what they did. However, if it did not fix your problem they will just want to charge you more to fix it. I still have my original problem so I paid $9k for nothing. They are nice and you will think you will get the best. They will beg for a review which I gave a great one. Then, it rained and I still get a wet basement. Took forever for someone to come back but since it wasn’t in their first design I get nothing, even though it is the same problem I originally had.

I called them multiple times to replace a filter on a unit they installed in my home. I had to call twice to even get an appointment. Both of those times I told them I need a filter. I finally got a call back to schedule an appointment. Again, I told them I needed a filter replaced on the system they installed. When they called to say they were on their way, I again told them I need a filter. They showed up and didn't have a filter. They charged $200 for the service call which I knew about ahead of time. They ended up throwing out the filter that was removed without showing it to me first and did not give me enough information to find a filter on my own. Do not let them install dehumidifiers under your house if you expect to have them do on going service.

We live in Grand Rapids, MI and I wouldn’t recommend BDry to my worst enemy. We were dealing with water issues in our house. It was recommended we have sump pumps installed. Due to the size of our home two sump pumps were required. We decided to have BDry install the pumps. Big mistake. It started with their salesman who came out to the house and told us where the sump pumps would be installed. One pump was going to be put in a closet at one end of the house and the only choice for the second pump was in a bedroom on the other end of the house. It was decided that sump pump would go in a back corner of the bedroom. It wasn’t an ideal spot but the salesman said the pipe which would carry water outside would be installed behind the drywall. We signed the contract. The day of the installation we were told the salesman gave us incorrect information and the sump pump in the bedroom couldn’t go in the corner so we had no choice but to have the pump installed next to one of the main walls in the bedroom. We were also told the pipe could not be installed behind the drywall. The sound of the sump pump was deafening and it has never stopped running. I call BDry and expressed my frustration. I’m then told the obnoxious pipe which is going up the center of the main wall could have been installed behind the drywall. What??? I couldn’t make this up if I tried. BDry came out for a third time and the installer looks at me and says you know we have to cut through the drywall to install the pipe?!! Really? No s**t. This is the most incompetent company I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. No one knows what they are doing. Due to BDrys incompetency the bedroom where the second sump pump is installed can never be used as a bedroom again. The pipe is finally behind the drywall but the constant running of the pump continues to be loud. The value of our home has gone down significantly. Don’t ever use this company. Marcia Stephens

Bdry of Southwest Indiana, in particular the owner Joe N. After paying over $10,000 for the french drain system, the system still does not operate as advertised. I recently had 3" of standing water in a basement room which then proceeded to flow out into the rest of my basement. Also, i was told that Joe would not stand behind the warranty, which i paid for, as he did not know how to fix the problem. I have called bdry corporate regarding this matter and was told that Joe runs an independently owned operation and there is nothing corporate can do. This is quite unfortunate, as he gives your company a bad name. He does not know what he is doing and should not be in business. How can a national company have representatives of this nature, stating they represent bdry and bdry controls the warranty? When i originally purchased the system through Joe, i thought i was doing better by going with a national company, instead of a local mom-and-pop shop. I thought being a national company....first off would stand behind their work and second, i wouldn't have to worry about them going out of business and not covering the warranty. Obviously your warranty means absolutely nothing. I feel quite irritated that i was provided false information from the beginning regarding your company. I will never use bdry again and will also recommend to anyone else i know to stay far away from the bdry name as you do not stand behind your work/affiliations.
