AUTOPAY has a no refund policy. Don't expect any refunds to be provided for payments made to your AUTOPAY account.

There is a disconnect when you have a caseworker or somebody working on your case I still had two other agents call from auto pay and I think that that should be something that is known right away.

However it would have been a 5 had the loan specialist been a little more friendly, it kind of seemed like they could care less whether I made the car loan through AUTOPAY or not. Extremely helpfull and patient. Had trouble getting proof of residence for one loan so they helped me find another that accepts more documents for it to work and go through. I also didn't like being charged a processing fee without someone speaking to me about it.
