They have been very challenging to work with and you have to call and wait on hold for a long time. We were hit and 3 calls and we finally got someone to give us an estimate but they all told us different ways to get it done. One was sending pictures and 2 people told us that and sent a link. It has been very challenging.

I had this company on and off for 9 years however I did a minor scratch on my car and I let them know but I didn’t open a claim since my deductible was 500 and the damage was only 100 however they increase my premium by 1500 hundred dollars when I call them to ask they give me the run around and I canceled my insurance at the end
