this is about the financial management sector, not auto insurance; either way, they dropped the ball and are not communicating with client. Funds are neglected unless you are insistant on getting service from advisors, and they may bill you for the services that your investment is to have in the first place. very dissatisfied with Ameriprise

We have been with Ameriprise for a couple of years and I like that they haven't raised our rates excessively!!! Good customer service, and easy to work with. We have had several glass claims and they are quick to get it fixed.
