They’ve partnered with Amazon.com so that auctioneers can use Amazon Payments in their storefronts. The Amazon logo is placed on the bottom of Atomic Mall’s website which gives users added confidence in using a secure payment system.
They have several different payment options available. Although the payment method varies from seller to seller, sellers have the ability to accept PayPal, Bitcoin, Xcoin, Amazon Payments, Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders/Cashier’s Checks, and Personal Checks.
If any browsers or bidders have questions that they need answered immediately, Atomic Mall has an intuitive Instant Chat system where they can talk to sellers in real time.
If you have sold or are still selling on other marketplaces, you can import your feedback from those other auctions and marketplaces to your Atomic Mall storefront. You can also import your listings from other marketplaces directly to your Atomic Mall storefront.
They have an AtomicUploader for sellers who have lots of items to list. This allows them to list all of their items quickly.
Your listing feeds automatically to Google, TheFind.com, and other popular search engines.
There are no duplicate listings.
Atomic Mall has a complicated fee structure and the cost is quite steep compared to the competition. Members will be paying a good amount of fees, no matter which membership they choose to go with.
They have a smaller membership size of 170,000 registered users. This is smaller than most of their competitors.
If you are having issues with your store or account, the only way to get ahold of customer support is by email. They do have a forum and FAQ section; but for immediate answers to your questions, you will not be able to call them. They do not have a live chat function either.
They do not have a function where you can search for sellers. You can only search for items.
