Silver Dollar City is found in Stone County, Missouri. Established in 1960 by the Herschends Family, Silver Dollar started as a Marble Cave tour for tourists. After years of growth and adding music and show productions, as well as steam train and wagon rides, Silver Dollar City became an 1880s themed amusement park.
Silver Dollar City is known for its continuous Marble Cave Tours, festivals, rides and attractions, music and productions shows, and White Water. The amusement park is also known for its eccentric 1880s food and campgrounds experiences for its guests. Mystic Water Falls is the newest edition to the park, enhancing its White Water theme park.
Great time. The children really enjoyed it. Lots to do and see. Great rides, great shows and very enjoyable day.
Silver dollar city was really cool!! It had some fun rides and it was really fun/scary to go in the underground caverns!!
Super fun park! They have some serious rollercoasters, the water rides are perfect when it’s hot outside, and the whole theme of the park is just so cool. The food is also so good, definitely recommend the Mine Restaurant buffet! Really good price for a day pass into the park!
A few years ago I was able to take my daughter to Silver Dollar City. Even though it was a very warm summer day, we were able to enjoy the Park and especially the entertainment. It was family friendly and appropriate for the park we were in. We enjoyed the rides and the food was reasonable.
spent many summers here with the family as a child. to me its like going back in time. i love it. the rides are great. the people are great. the food is great. the shows are great. the cave is so much fun .
The park was great and the service was amazing everything from the rides to the stores have a great thrill
Totally awesome!!! I absolutely loved the rides. So much to do and you never are bored! Me and my family went in May 2019 and would go back anytime! So funn!!!
I went here as a kid and had a blast as I pretended to be a Disc Jockey! Service was great and I had a wonderful experience.
Silver Dollar City has some fun rides, including some cool roller coasters, but the main appeal of Silver Dollar City is the overall atmosphere, shows, food, and fun games. It's pretty small, but very cute and fun.
Love, Love, Love Silver Dollar City. A great family oriented amusement park with great rides, food, shows and even the cave that started it all. Plus all the different festivals they have. I am looking forward to visiting during the Christmas season for my first time this year.
