Clients wanting to call and speak to a Client Support Area representative will have to call within the stated hours. For those not able to call within the hours, Offerit offers an Online Documentation Wiki with articles on just about every aspect and feature.  

No Chat Feature

Offerit has several mediums in which clients can reach the Client Support Area; however, it would benefit potential clients to have a chat feature on the website. This would allow customers to ask questions as they go through the site instead of having to call or wait for an email response.
