It’s been a really positive experience. The installation process was smooth. The guy showed up when it was thirteen degrees and worked through it. It has worked very well. The equipment is great. It is efficient. I wish the app had some teachers. My sales person did a great job with the project planning She knew exactly what I needed.

I like the way they designed it. Each panel has its own inverter. The long range is very good. It was expensive but that is helped with the tax credit. It is a really good company. I called any time I have questions. It took a little longer than I thought it would to get it installed but it was worth it.

I was impressed by their solar panels and the output. They had some issues with application provided but customer service is very helpful in solving things. The installation process was very smooth and very helpful, we did have some hiccups with getting things approved by the city but other than that the process was very good.

The only problems I had were some connectivity issues with the app and difficulty in changing the password. If it was something I couldn't do I had to call customer service. The people were very friendly and professional and the installation went very smoothly we had absolutely no issues.

The installation process went very well. It only took three weeks from when we decided to go with for them to install it. I thought that was very quick. It was done in one day. There haven’t been any issues. I think the profile is better than some others I see. Less obvious. It is performing the way it is supposed to. I feel they are the best.

The people who did it were very efficient, they were they cleaned up after themselves and it was just a great group of guys that were here and did the job. The only time I used customer service they had really quick response and they fixed the problem. I didn't have any problem doing the installation are anything after that. It was great. That was really no issues, the team was quite flexible. We had to cancel once and they just rescheduled it very well and it was it was pretty quick. The monitoring is not great. Sunpower doesn't really give us a lot of feedback on how much we consume per day. They were good to respond every time we needed that help.

The staff is always available to keep me in the loop. They always acted very professional whenever I was dealing with him. I think we've got the premium panels that are currently available the wifi connectivity as far as keeping me abreast of how the system is functioning is very easy to use and usually all the feedback that I need regarding the status of the entire system and separate fee from the generate unit that give me updates as needed.

There was one minor hiccup with the install but it got taken care of rather quickly. They were in and out in a day. They were able to answer my few questions. Everything else has gone fine. I've seen a lot of equipment as an electrician for 35 years. Some part of theirs is very highly rated. I am satisfied with it.

Whenever I called and had questions, even if they didn't know the answer, they would get back to me really quickly with the answer. The process is very easy. They do much of the heavy lifting as far as filing paperwork. Installation is easy. Sunlight it not as good in the winter but I was getting really good production towards the end of summer.

Sunpower has been easy to work with. However, the contractor Sunpower used to sell/install my solar was horrible. AES in Chico California was the local contractor. I would hope Sunpower stopped using them or did something about their horrible customer service.

I would highly recommend them. They seem to be one of the more reputable companies. I also liked that they are based out of Kansas City. I find them to be professional. They go above and beyond. I am a bit of a perfectionist so I don't like the wire hanging underneath it and that it went over my roof. They have corrected a majority of that. Everything has worked the way they told me.

Over 25 years it is a good value. It is definitely a long term investment. We have a slate roof and sunpower was willing to work with us. Our rooms are a little more complicated. Their subcontractors was fantastic. They were flexible. Everything was good.

We met them at a trade show. I think they have done a good job. Sometimes there are delays but the installers were able to get it done quickly. It seems to working really well. It is kind of fun to see the power we are creating.

Best panels and inverters. The stuff is top notch. I have a lot of kilowatt hours stored. I am very satisfied with company. They’re good at responding to things. They have answers. The panels were put up in one day. I don’t think I could have picked anything better.

Compared to other companies, SunPower has been in business a long time. I did a lot of research on different solar panels. I like their customer service. They are very professional. I hope they keep up with it. It was quick. I believe SunPower could in the long run surpass those other popular companies.
