We had talked other solar companies that just couldn't give a specifics about how much money we would save by going solar and there was a guy from another company, Solar City who was more interested on how pretty he looked and had to get home to his apartment because he has friends coming over so he really wasn't interested in doing the sale. We had a great experience. They monitor everything, we don't have to worry about nothing. Sungevity is been wonderful.

After doing research, I found that a lot of other solar companies were not solid financially. I was very pleased when I met with the consultant, they came and took measurements and the got me designs; the whole process was very simply. They did a great job with the installation, they even made sure that there were no leaks. They made sure that the system was up and running and operating properly. Im generating plenty of energy and I am very happy. The system generates a lot of energy, and my bill is way down. I am happy.

The company is quite excellent. They always follow up on any problems, like a one time we had a stormy night and the car charger blew up. So they replaced it quickly. They always followed-up so no complaints. I just have one comment to make: I just wish they recommended us to get a pick all system. So that they wont give you any bill right now. After that worked, I have the prepaid security. So you see if we had an electrical system then we weren't have any few electric bill, that's my only comment. everybody's great, everybody's professional, they are very responsive when I said I have any questions or a comment, so no complaints. I like how I think they are and how responsive they are.

Well they were just one of the more recommended companies in the area and the were the one that actually gives us the largest amount of panels on our roofs. The other company SunLan they wouldn't give us as large as system I guess. Installation was very good, they are all very professional. I don't know if they hired a 3rd party to do it but rather they hired is actually excellent and um very efficient, they did a great job, take trash of the roof and clean the gutters and um and the installations is very good and very quick and its a very good experience.

They were referred to me by my sister and brother in law and it already worked with them. I had a very good experienced, like their online tools and all of that were very helpful and helping me understand and you know move through the process. One of the reason I picked them too is they didn't just gave a referral fee to my sister that referred me but they gave me a nice discount because I was referred to them and none of the other companies that I talked to did that, they only gave the referral money to the people who referred me to them.

There were a few glitches with installation - the guy who did the layout didn't take into account the vents, and the people who installed it had to change to plans. But the installation crew did a great job, I'm very satisfied with it.

We got a postcard in the mail saying that they had a $250 Amazon card.Didn't say what it was for, but to call the number. When he came out, I was sold. That was the only way we could get Solar. Installation went really well and was there by the time I came home.

Still early in the process. I found their proposal to be very sparse compared to other proposals. It took a lot of back I and forth to get all the details I needed. At first they were most expensive, but negotiated with them and they ended up lowest cost. There contract was very complicated and somewhat contradictory. Several emails to get written clarificationations before I would sign. They missed their appointment to inspect and measure how due to internalmiscommunicatio, but quickly corrected and kept next appointment. I rejected first design because panel layout was not what I requested. Another internal miscommunication. Waiting for corrected design. They use quality hardware. Are quick to respond to email and make correction. I have high expectations that final product will be great, but process is tedious. It is a good thing I am retired.

Everyone I met whether it be by phone or in person was great I even got to learn about (not necessarily understand) the installation and how things work. The down side was that contacting a representative (excluding Brandon Rushing) was quite the challenge. I also asked for business cards and a sign to put in the yard. I have yet to see either.

If your looking for a great company to get solar from then you picked the right company. Great customer service and did everything they promised. I purchased mine and my electric bill is $15 a month. Best thing I ever did and helping the environment too. Nows the time to go green while there's still giving tax credits.

The customer service sometimes responds right away when I call and sometimes they don't. The installation process was good. The only problem was coordinating for inspection because we are in a rural area. That took like 4 to 7 months of rescheduling, rescheduling, rescheduling to get someone to meet up at the same time. Right now, for at least a couple of times, I'm having issues producing electricity.

I needed to rent instead of purchase, and they were the first company to offer a decent rental. It wasn't the best Solar company, there was a lack of communication between the city, county and the company. It was a very difficult and long process, the installation man had to wait from 7am to 3pm for an inspector to cover. The inspector had to come back multiple times instead of doing it in one day. They would put the panels on and take them off to be inspected, they did that 3 times. It was absolutely time wasting, money wasting, with lots of stupidity.

The gentleman that was assigned as my contact walked me through exactly what was going to happen. We emailed frequently and he replied any time I had a question. I could also just pick up the phone and call him. He would get back to me or answer and are available most of the time. The installation is an easy one day process.

Customer support is great at keeping you updated and getting everything done that needs to be. We don't have to worry about stuff, because they handle it. The installation went over 2 days, because they needed to fix some issues. They didn't come out professionally to evaluate the house until we signed the contract. I guess they needed to check their supplies and make sure we did every step of the contract and applications. We haven't had any issues so far, and they have definitely decreased our monthly payment.

I've been dabbling with it for a long time and they just had good timing. I got a mail or something where it said I would be able to get a new iPad or something of the sort which was really good. My experience with them wasn't all that great. It took a lot of time to get things done. One person from their office would call me and set something up and later another person would call me about the same thing. It was like, the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing, it was really weird. The installation was pretty good for the most part but we ended up being hassled by the city inspector. That wasn't necessarily their fault, the installers did everything up to code, but the city inspector had them come back and cut a hole in my wall just to take a closer look at a ground wire. He really gave me a hard time on one of the units too. They also tried getting in touch with me about one of the boxes they installed. After that Sungevity tried to get in touch with me because they didn't have the right serial number for something and they couldn't track it. So I went over and took a photo of it and sent it to them. I heard nothing for two weeks or so and then I got a call threatening me to cancel my warranty if I didn't take care of that. At that point it was all on them, they should've had the right serial numbers on record after the installation. After all that things are finally up and running and it all seems to be doing ok. Everything looks ok. It's not ugly or anything of the sort but it did cost me to get it all installed on the side of the house and then paint that to match the color of the house. Still, the installers were all over my front yard but they really cleaned up their mess for the most part. They did leave some stuff behind, a week later I was still picking up stuff. To this day I am still unable to track my solar production on their website. I don't know why, it just keeps giving me a blank excel spreadsheet. I suggested this to a few people but they're having problems with it too. I'm also still waiting on a $350 gift card that was promised to me.
