I called the day my system was installed to voice my opinion about the system not being voice activated. I was informed that someone would reach out to me as well as I would receive a survey. I have yet to have someone reach out to me and called to canceal three days out my fourteen day grace period. I would not be so upset if someone had of called me back to discuss my concerns after I was told that someone would on top of my complaint the firs... Read more
