2-10 was timely in sending out a company to look at my furnace. O'Brien Heating and Cooling company provided outstanding service through their technician Robert who was the knowledgeable, well-informed young man on Heating and Cooling system. Who was concern of getting the units to their best capacity. He also was friendly, pleasent, personable.

I submitted an AC service request. The request was assigned to FL Pro Services that does not provide emergency services. Tried several times to escalate the issue and the website keeps asking you to login to contact 2/10. It does not matter how many times you try, the website keeps bringing you back to the login page. You cannot get an agent on weekend and no emergency contact service available either. 2/10 sucks with capital SUCKS.

I didn’t like not speaking with a local agent. The company who did the work was very good. There was more cost involved than I thought should be but the company employees did really good installing the water heater.

It takes too long to get assistanceto get the job completed. It takes weeks to get completed. The the technicians are really good. But if a job cannot be completed at one time, then I have to wait a week and then it rolls into another week for Choice to approve and scheduling goes into another week. Getting service completed satisfactorily takes way to Long. 2-3 days to finish that is routine a job I can understand. Sc0heduling to complete a job is way to long, when it rolls in from 1 week to another. Because of this, considering canceling my policy.
