What stands out to me the most about MetroPCS internet provider service is its convenient payment system, which securely deducts payments automatically from accepted debit and credit cards without any additional cost.

Metro has been my reliable cellphone provider for the past 2 years. My bill never changes and is very budget friendly. I received a fantastic smart phone free of charge with my first payment, no strings attached, 2 years ago, and it still runs beautifully.

I am a senior and have found Metro to be the most reasonable cost wise for cell service and has been very reliable regardless of my location while traveling. I am very pleased with it.

I’ve been with Metro Pcs for over 22 years and I have not one time have any issues on my phones or my plans for my Internet? I’m a very happy customer with them and will continue to be one.

MetroPCS is a company with good internet service as well as telephone, with reasonably cheap prices, good customer service, I was with them for a long time and I changed them because I listened to misleading advertisements, but I plan to return to them soon, recommended.

Office not very helpful or knowledgeable. I try to solve problems myself. The 800 number seems to be more helpful...that is IF u can get ahold of a customer service rep that can be UNDERSTOOD and has some experience in the field!

Metro is great as long as you are domestic. Cellular service will not work overseas but Wifi will. However, wifi calling will not work. It's an affordable option for me and I've been a customer for over a decade.

Used Metro for the portable hotspot, the MiFi I believe it's called. Spotty connection and extremely slow data despite it being unlimited after reaching a certain amount of data usage. Maybe I picked the wrong plan, but you would think unlimited means unlimited. Probably will not use again despite the concept being great.

As far as internet service providers coming from cell phone companies this one by far was the best at every angle better than any I ever used before excellent customer service fast upload n download speed barely any buffering
