Shower doors are not installed correctly, larger crack left in adjacent wall, missing 2 trays from shower, need additional bar near seat for the shower attachment. Been waiting for 6+ weeks. Please help.

I have had my safe step tub for years, it has been one of the best investments for my home, we use it often and it was a great help for my dad before he passed. I recently had to call for maintenance, they had a great professional sub contractor come out and take good care of use, they honored the warranty for parts, we paid for the visit. We;; worth it, Im sure we will get great use another 10 years out of this quality product

The Safe Step group sold a tub that they insured was large enough for the family members and it wasn’t . They left the bathroom where installed with electrical lines strung all over the space. It was a nightmare trying to speak to their customer service and ultimately we paid the tub off and then had it ripped out and replaced with a normal shower. DO NOT buy from Safe Step!
